Esther's nose scrunched up at the notion of there even being sticks in the area. There wasn't, there was no trees here, let alone anything that could drop branches. Esther wondered how long the wolf was here without noticing that one simple fact - surely she should have noticed by now? Or was the focus on the stupid fort that just got half buried?
"There are no trees for any sticks to be here. You will not find those near this place." The maned wolf said.

No, Esther wasn't weak. Even if their limbs were incredibly odd looking and spindly, they were still strong enough. They did only really use magic, though, so that could pose an issue seeing as the snow couldn't burn. It wouldn't melt the ice, either, burning cold. The fire was weird and Esther didn't like it. Even if Esther didn't want to help this wolf, they supposed they would for now.
"Fine." Getting out of this was going to be harder than they thought.
Esther moved away, to look for a block of ice.

Shot through Esther's head like wildfire.
No. They would not hurt the kid.
@Comet
Esther hated the snow, sure, but they were not going to burn the kid for making them help. If anything Esther could just... Leave. If they really wanted to. But this was one of the few times they would be able to be out and have fun this cycle without sticking close to that dark place. That didn't entirely make them sad, but it made them wonder what the point of leaving was. To not go crazy from being alone all the time, they supposed.
Esther prodded through the snow despite their paw pads (did they even still have paw pads?) yelling about the cold. The ice block came into view as Esther moved, their tail waving behind them. Well. Cool. They could push it back now. And push it back they did, even if it took some effort.
@Comet
After Esther pushed the block all the way back to the hut the canine had made, she had instantly commented on going to sleep. Esther's own limbs were tired, too, but they had a ways to go to get back where they should be. Oh well, maybe they would find something cool on the way back or something. (or something to catch on fire hehe).
"I'm going then." They replied before turning around to leave.
