Deli
Deli listened curiously, scratching absently at the green shard of stone on their chin. As the Collector went through this little plan, they smile darkened and their eyes widened with glee. Oh, this was a good one. This was going to be fun! They could just imagine the faces of the ones they would demand ransom from, their shock and horror and anger, they could just see the chaos this would create!

They laughed again, tail now wagging happily behind them. "Oh that's pretty fucked up, Collector! I like it! Sounds like the perfect job for me, huh?" They'd perked up considerably and looked like they were ready to go running off to start the mission. But no, they weren't ready yet. There were still some things to figure out. "Oh no, not too much at all! Sounds like fun! A few questions though, before I begin - does it matter which groups I kidnap from? Are there any off-limits or are there any specific ones you'd like to see burn?" They played with some of the fur on their cheek, thinking. "And - this isn't one of my questions, mind - but I just wanna be sure I have it all down. There's...the Bonebound, here, the Children of Rot, in Cetus, the Kingdom in Eridanus...uh, are they back in Erdianus? Thought they disappeared, not sure, haven't checked on them in a while. The Seven, in Orion, and then there's some shit happening in that tunnel," they pointed towards Tunnel P. "With the beast guy, don't know its name. Any I'm missing?"

Was there anything else they needed to know? Well, of course there was, but they'd be paying for that in gemstones.
The perfect job for Deli. "It does, indeed," he murmured his agreement.

As to the other questions: "Take who you please. Pit them against whomever it amuses you to do so. Do not mention me, or all is forfeit; that goes without saying, I think, but there it is. Oh; and do have fun. As for them," and here the Collector inclined his head lightly toward Tunnel P, "I think you would be in rather too much danger for that. If you prefer staying alive I wouldn't recommend it, but of course, if it pleases you to target them, then... feel free." A gentle broadening of palms, as if an invitation.

"Do we have a deal, then..?" There was a hunger in the way he asked this, but that was no secret. This would be fun; he was almost jealous that Deli would get to play the role of the direct puppeteer.

For the first time in their conversation, Deli looked genuinely disappointed when the Collector commented on the group in Tunnel P. But they had to admit, he was right. Both times that they had prodded at Alpha, they'd been met with nothing but brute force that they had no hope of overcoming. And they'd seen it at the Olympics - maybe it wasn't a good idea to go messing around with them at the moment.

Oh, but they would. Someday.

After a quick shake of their head to air out their thoughts, the smile was back and they were back to their absolutely delighted self. "Won't say a word about you! Oh yeah, this'll be great fun!" They chuckled and held out a paw. "We sure do! Why don't we shake on it?"
A grin, the flashing glint of white beneath the black of the Collector's hood.

"Certainly," he offered, in ready answer, the clawed hand extending forth. Assuming there was no trickery, he would simply shake it: firm, confident, the sharp prick-points of his claws present but not harmful. "I will see you soon, then, I hope... Delirious."

No tricks, not for the guy that was not only offering them a very fun job but a really really nice cloak if they pulled it off. No tricks for him as they grasped his clawed hands, teeth bared wide in a mad, excited grin that just wouldn't pull off their face.

They giggled at the Collector's use of their full name, releasing his hand a moment later and adjusting their bag. "I'll have lots of questions for you when I get back!" They turned, then, tail still wagging behind them as they began to make their way across Canis, already coming up with scenarios, thinking about which group they should target, who the pose, who would be the most fun to turn against the other?
