"That's true." Comet couldn't imagine what it would be like if someone else got the necklace. But then again, not many others had water magic, and from those, she was the only water master, transcendent water master. But if another animal did get as powerful at water magic as she did, she didn't want to imagine what the necklace could do.

"Maybe." she smiled, knowing that she could sometimes be a storm herself. His head was set on her body, and the furs filled up the rest of the gaps, completing the feeling of complete warmness surrounding her body. "Good night, renny." Comet yawned, and fell asleep.

"Exit Comet to sleep"

James smiled gently and nuzzled Comet's fur, fluffing up his wings to keep her warm as he set his down. He found that laying down was a lot more comfy, and didn't make him feel funny for a minute or two afterwards. He could sleep for hours, which was amazing!

He started to snore gently as he fell asleep, face positioned awkwardly, but at least he didn't sound like a walrus.

Safe and sound, he snuggled up with Comet tucked into him, his little chrysalis still sleeping in the corner, occasionally clicking as hooves thumped against it. Nearly time to hatch.
