Arquia, although having been only in existence for a few days, was already having a crisis. Not like she would tell anyone what it was-- she didn't meet many animals anyway, mostly because she avoided them. Darting from fern to fern, the one foot tall dragon made her way through Eridanus. Her cloak made of overlapping leaves billowed out behind her, and the hood on her head concealed her eyes.
Pausing at a clump of yellow berries, she let off her guard for only a second, a single second, before she felt a sharp pain in her tail. It was, in fact, Stormy's hoof, which had stomped onto it with quite some force. It was easy to mistake the dragon's tail for a leaf, or a stem, and it certainly didn't help the fact that the horse wasn't looking where she was going.
The pain caused her to whip around, to see what had hurt her tail. WHOA! HUGE. ANIMAL! "O-- Off!" stuttered the dragon. Was it going to eat her? In any normal circumstance before...
that incident she would have bitten the horse right away, but now she knew that she had to be more careful. Only in special circumstances should she do... the thing.
@Stormy
As soon as the hoof was lifted, she snatched her limp tail away, a large blue bruise was already spreading across it. At least the horse listened, but when she started to bend downwards, Arquia let out a hiss. She did not know much of what she was saying, but it was something about 'hurt'. Horse... horse was going to hurt her?
Actions spoke louder than words, and she did not take very kindly to her tail being stepped on, and Stormy's words didn't sound very assuring either. Arquia's green scales started a rippling motion, and she bared her fangs. But in truth, it looked more like a dog wanting to initiate a play fight than a snake preparing to strike.
Saying nothing, out of not knowing what to say, she dared the horse to come closer. Then she'll see about if she was going to withhold her bite or not.
@Stormy
Arquia thought that her body language would be enough to deter the horse. Apparently not. The rippling motion of her scales only increased as Stormy loomed closer, the horns on her head nearly touching the small dragon. She scrunched her neck back, trying to get away. But she was cornered, backed up into the bush where she had been eating the delicious yellow berries.
Emitting small growling sounds, she continued trying to press herself deeper into the bush as Stormy now leaned down, but to no avail. Then the horse started to speak, a jumble of words that she did not understand. Well, except for one. Promise. Carja had taught her that word. But what it meant in this context she didn't know.
Stormy's speech revealed rows of teeth, not sharp, since they were not made for meat, but they were still dangerous, and threatening. Arquia knew she had to do it. There was no other way out of this. Hating how she was forced into this situation, she lunged forwards. If this worked... well. She didn't know how she would feel about that.

Here is the effect if it works:
Color- A bright red
Effect- Instant paralysis that lasts for a few seconds, with after effects of slow movements and numbness after.
@Stormy
Arquia felt her fangs sink into the horse's front leg, the area turning the same shade of red as her venom. The effect was immediate, and the small dragon withdrew from the horse without being stomped, after all, you couldn't exactly stomp on someone with a paralyzed leg.
Now was her opportunity: to run! But before she could, a force came out from Stormy, like a wave of energy. The sudden force brought her off her feet, and she tumbled away into the underbrush. This horse really was dangerous! She needed to get away! Although she still did regret biting Stormy. "Bad! Away!" Arquia screeched out, getting back onto her feet. She stumbled away into the underbrush, and hoped the horse wouldn't follow.
"Exit Arquia unless stopped"
