The water hears and understands
The ice does not forgive

Carja cooed as she peered into the portal, delighted when the helmet came out. She picked it up, uncaring about the slime that she got on herself, dripping off her and onto the ground.

"Cool!!", she said with delight, "This'll be useful! We could put supplies in here and take them out when we need them."

She tried the spell again, excited to see if she could do it again. The space opened and she tossed the helmet in, watching it disappear. She grinned and hopped up, tail wagging behind her as she smacked at the space, cooing softly. It was gone!! Woah!!

"It's... a slime space," she said, "Maybe because of Sunny? But she's not here."

She cocked her head, tail waving back and forth as she wondered.

Kitty stifled a laugh at Tema's misfortune. "Probably should be careful, yeah," she agreed, grinning a little as she started to lick at her paws. Carja's idea was a fair one, though -- she thought about it for a minute.

"Carrying things is probably gonna be made easier, yeah. I think maybe it has somethin' to do with how Sunny's got no hands? She needs people to help her do things. Maybe we can do the magic 'cause we're friends with her." She moved on to her chest, at least what of it she could reach, before turning slightly to start grooming her sides and belly. Now she'd gotten into a rhythm, she'd be hard to dissuade. The presence of all the slime around her was making her feel dirty.

But the conversation fell into a lull, and after a last murmur of a thank you to Tema, she took her prize and scampered back up the tree.
