Hjalmar was TIRED. incredibly so, in fact.
he had wandered around, eventually, some way or another, heard about the other masters (by asking alot of questions, one of them being "who has the power of a master" and then learned other masters existed, which was fun) and then had to walk on foot the entire way to draco, with only a brief reference of what the cave looked like. needless to say, they were tired, and his feet hurt. the whispers complained, and he couldn't help but agree.
as he stood outside the aperture, he couldn't help but feel.. at home. he could feel the rumble of corruption from outside the cave and looking in he could definitely see why. as he walked in further, maybe perhaps waiting for someone to stop him, he admired it. the walls felt alive. he was happy here. but he had business.
he cleared his throat, and after, he called out in a guttural, groaning rasp.
"MASTER VARGAS!"
