Appearance: Serpentine, long and black (about 18 feet long without the tail), but flighted like a dragon. Finned and gilled like a fish. This creature is essentially an airborne sea serpent, with an ugly, blunted head. It is created to be a monstrous assassin: capable of movement beneath the waves, in the air or--more clumsily--on land. Two venomous, fold-out fangs deliver a deadly toxin, which at full adulthood can kill even a massive target (if not Gembound, which would likely chrysalize) in minutes. Very long, sharp talons on the hind feet allow rapid severe damage to be inflicted via lacerations or punctures, or allow the creature to snatch up prey mid-flight. Due to a mistake in its creation, its oily hide is not intensely thick and rubbery as intended, but rather easily pierced or torn, and sensitive to prolonged UV light.

random roll amongst those interested to see who gets the adoption! My main request is that the adopter have enough magicka to spare on this character, and time to rp them in that four-cycle period so that the character doesn't go to waste!
Some notes:
V-Chaos-Four (aka Nightwing, Terror of Dark Skies)
- Chaos-Four comes with a real edgy name/title.
- They can have any personality you like, identify as any/no gender, etc.
- You do NOT need to write an application; just note if you're interested. Adoption will be by roll.
- Chaos-Four will be large, fast and agile, suited for swift and merciless strikes but not so much prolonged combat. They will have a venom that would quickly kill non-Gembound creatures and chrysalise Gembounds.
- Chaos-Four will have highly-sensitive, fragile skin. This is a fault of its creation, and will render them pained in light, and far more comfortable in the dark, which better suits their oily color/texture, underwater and night sky operation intentions, etc. anyway. This skin will also be punctured, torn or bruised easily, meaning it will likely be instructed to learn to strike with stealth and avoid detection doubly hard.
- Chaos-Four will thus be trained as an assassin, possibly with plots regarding water combat and travel, remaining hidden, and killing quickly (possibly with Vargas + the players of Labradorite-One and Garnet-Delta if they're available and willing).
- As per the Foster-a-Monster program, Chaos-Four will be removed from the caves at adulthood--but will still be alive off-screen with potential future roleplay possibilities not excluded. Magicka spent cannot be regained, but I'd ask that anyone adopting do try to treat them like a "real" character in terms of progression and spells/techniques/tactics, instead of deliberately avoiding spending magicka on them.
- As per the same program, death is possible, but reliant on player behavior. Unless they do something amazingly stupid, uncontrollable or perceived as "weak" it is unlikely to die in their first four cycles.

More anatomical details:
- Dimensions: 18 feet long w/o tail, with much of that being neck. Probably about 30 with the tail. Wingspan approx. 40 feet.
- No wing "finger" bones. The wings are thick, leathery but more like fins than bat wings.
- Heat-sensing abilities for sensing some prey; very small eyes with okay eyesight but good night vision primarily for navigation; whiskers for sensing vibration underwater.
- Gills allow water-breathing. Underwater swimming is best accomplished by folding the wings and using the tail in an up-and-down movement for propulsion. Fish-like fins also ring the neck, back and chest.
- Small, razor-sharp teeth in rows.
- Oily black skin tends to dully reflect environmental lighting.
- Very long, pointed talons. Only two legs, the hind legs.

I could do this, but fair warning that I probably wouldn't spend magicka on them early anyway lmao, I've got a ton of characters who rank higher on the priority list even if I was gonna be keeping this kid long-term. Idm if you skip over me on that account!
