Appearance: The hybrid is a little under three and a half feet at the top of its head, not including its antlers. It is flexible like a cat, but has the long-legged agility of a deer. The front legs are structured like a feline's, including paws and claws which include a sort of pseudo-thumb -- it isn't opposable and therefore doesn't negatively impact the hybrid's ability to walk, but it does help in gripping things. The back legs are those of a deer, complete with hooves at the end. They have classic tabby swirls and spots on their lilac (or lilac-caramel, in certain circles) pelt, although the spots are rather like their cervid parent's, and will become paler with age (though never disappear entirely). Most of their body is a comfortable midway point between "deer" and "cat". Their tongue is rough, and their fur is a little shaggy, like Tahi-shei's.

The Bayldonite with its translucent green crystals had last belonged to a massive beast most aptly compared, perhaps, to a whale. But whale it was not, despite its some twenty-five-foot length. Its hide had outmatched the crystals in brighter, light green hue. The stone, where it had been found, had perhaps washed down from Fornax or maybe the last bearer had gotten stuck in Polaris's river.

It had borne five large, olive-green eyes. Spines ran down its back, long and thin, and a single tail-fin (Mosasaur-like) propelled it. Two pectoral fins and another large fin along its abdomen, like a rudder, aided it in steering its massive bulk. Despite its fearsome appearance it was herbivorous, probably spending its days grazing on large sea plants.

That didn't mean it was without defense: it was radioactive, though resistant to its own form of radioactivity; but any creature close to it would grow ill after hours, increasingly sick after days and in extreme cases, be returned to the chrysalis to heal. Feeding on it, eating its flesh, would have undoubtedly been very dangerous or even deadly.

Appearance: About eight feet long (with a tail of another six), three feet tall and weighing approx. 400lbs, this creature is broad-skulled, large-eyed and quite chubby. An expressive face tends to wrinkle deeply when the creature communicates, and a thick layer of fat and sturdy legs allow it to traverse even colder climates without too much discomfort, despite its lack of fur or feathers. The short, strong legs are large-boned, the catlike toes slightly webbed, allowing it to waddle on land or swim fairly well; the long, thick tail bears a single fin-like vertical structure above and below that can act as both propulsion and a rudder. The large, catlike eyes are highly adapted to vision in low light, so that this creature can see in all but pitch darkness. It is by nature carnivorous, with a large mouth and small, sharp teeth, but can subsist on simpler vegetable foods for a time--grasses, however, prove impossible to naturally digest. Its hearing and smell are both decent. The skin atop the blubber is fairly thin, usually stretched taught but easily wrinkled with movement, and is pigmented a light green. The mouth, tongue and cat's toe pads, however, are a mauve pink. The bayldonite gemstone forms a small cluster on the lower right hind leg. This creature is very, very slightly radioactive, which will only ever really manifest if its body is eaten or any secretions are absorbed--which may sicken the one consuming it.

Things To Keep In Mind:

- I can't entirely speak for Tahi-shei but I do know Madhukar is probably a disaster parent.

- This child will be a sibling to Nima (Doug x Madhukar), these kids here, and every child James begrudgingly adopts.

- You do not have to base the personality on the parents! You can potentially go based on a dynamic you think would be interesting and work with the parents.

- Madhukar will likely teach this child about Electricity magic very early on. Considering their family is 3 crazy wizards, they could become very good at magic! That's not the only option, however.

Eyes open. Blink. Eyes open—there's the rhythm.

Goodness, their mind was overeager and underrested. Slender limbs carried Paridhi on autopilot, and some question had blabbed out of their mouth a minute or so ago; the context of it was pretty much immediately forgotten, too, so no guesswork to be had there. Wading through a fog spun from fatigue, they were hardly listening—

Ah. Paridhi wasn't listening. Let's fix that.

Their ears cupped forward—"Huh?"—and their snout twisted back to… hmm, it'd been Coma… ? No, they thought, mentally lapsing to their catalogue of notes, white fur, glowing feather, gemstone ear, blue eyes, four legs, confident-sounding— Few (if any) could fit into that niche, but the very nature of being unable to instantly recognize a face was to be uncertain. The tip of their tail worked out an uneven rhythm, the beat lasting a mere few seconds.

Cross-referencing done, Paridhi ventured out with a "Comet?" The canine perked up at the name, and they took it as a success. She'd been talking. A slight nod, sympathetic quirk to the brow, "I'm sorry, what'd you say?"

Plot Ideas / Character Plans
Most of my plans are either secret or just not at all made, but:
— Would spend quite a bit of time with Tahi-Shei and Madhukar, I think! Provided they don't somehow die or are removed from the equation; has the possibility of taking after them, for better or worse
— (Eventually) very magically jacked, but also rarely actually demonstrates capabilities in front of others; heavily prefers words
— Stick with electricity, borrow from earth and pressure(?)
