Near the heart of Cetus was a tree. The remains of a tree, to be more specific. And when Sharp approached it, the spiny lizard's scales drenched in mud, she decided it was pretty lame.
The wood was splintered and burnt. Signs of a battle scarred the ground. But Sharp didn't care about the historical significance of this stump, she was just looking for something shiny to sell or refine. And so far, this was the least shiniest thing she'd ever seen.
She clambered onto an exposed root and shook herself with a grumble. Muck splattered on the ground. But as Sharp shook her head, she caught the faintest glimpse of something shiny buried in the mud. Hm?
