Appearance

THE CROWN SUITS ME; IT IS ENOUGH

Adeyemi is, like most of his kind, flashy. His feathers range from blood red and white at his head, down to green and ocean blue at his wings. His legs are scaly and grey, topped with dark blue fluff. The undersides of his wings are bright red, making his habit of bowing and talking with his wings even more dramatic.

Adeyemi won't ever be large - in fact, he's quite tiny. Regardless, he moves with grace and regality, strutting along the ground or wobbling (quite gracelessly) through the air, chest puffed up with pride. In battle, his fighting style is matched by fighting displays. He also, to his great and terrible dismay, cannot fly.

This Turaco's gem takes the place of his right middle talon, perfect for gouging out the eyes of his foes - and, more frequently, for spearing fruit. It's also good for flipping people off. Through his misadventures in trying to tame his inner fire, Adeyemi has gained deep burn scars, spanning from his toes to his knees, deadening the flesh and leaving pink-read flame trails.

Personality

THE CALIGULA ◊ TYRANT TAKES THE HELM

PROUD. Adeyemi is a very, very proud man. He considers himself honorable to a fault, bows upon every meeting, and tries to make nice with everyone he comes across - mostly to slowly build his army of allies. He is most proud of his family, who he regards as the highest gift given to him by the caves; in his mind, this is a fair trade for the uncontrollable fire that rages within.

POSSESSIVE. If you somehow manage to win the favor of Adeyemi, he will become ridiculously protective and, at times, dependant. This can come across as controlling, and may lead to toxic relationships in one way or another. He displays this trait the most when it comes to Willow.

OBLIVIOUS. Spawning from his possessive, obsessive, and prideful nature, Adeyemi is oblivious to most things. He's a bit better when it comes to his family members, considering he's known them the longest, but unless you state your intentions plainly, he probably won't get your subterfuge or subtle hints.
