Appearance

As a young cub, Aegier will be a tiny little thing, small and weak with his only reedeeming quality his thorn sharp claws. He's lanky and his fur is matted and messy. His legs are longer then they should be and his paws are big and clumsy. He'll have a hard time in the world as a cub because of his unusually small form. He'll be sickly and defenseless. His gem will be medium-sized antlers that look strange on his little body. His eyes will be a pale, baby blue.

When he grows up, he will grow into his paws and completely leave behind the tiny, bedraggled baby. He will become huge and bulky, reaching almost 1000 lbs and 5 feet at the shoulder. His pale gray fur will become smooth and shiny, although course and warm to the touch. He will still have his slightly longer legs, though. His claws are a light ivory and will become dull and not very useful as weapons when he's older, as he doesn't bother to sharpen them at all. His eyes will deepen into a deep ocean blue that still manages to shine brightly.

His gem, once he is fully grown, will have gotten bigger until they're huge, elegent blue antlers growing out of the back of his skull. The lines on his face will have formed a tin layer peeking just out of his skin, creating interesting markings on his forehead and cheek. Because of the gem, paraiba tourmaline, the whole thing gives off a small light that almost looks like a soft glowing.

Personality

Aegir is the most peaceful a gembound could get, and possibly the most empathetic. There is literally nothing in this world that could stir him into a fight. If there ever comes a time that he finally lets go and jumps into battle, there is something seriously wrong or he has changed drastically. As a child, he doesn't even understand the concept of battle. Nor the concept of hatred and anger. He just exists, neutral and peaceful, spreading his goodness wherever he can. He has an innate understanding that he carries from hatching, along with a certain intelligence that he doesn't discover until later on in life.

His peace and empathy is so strong, his neutrality so certain, that he almost doesn't care at all. He does not make enemies, even if they are the most terrible creature to ever live. He is there for the goodness and benefit of all who approach him. However, he does have his own sense of morality. He will not hurt or harm on purpose, whether physical or emotional, and will never get involved in personal feuds unless specifically requested. Even then, he will be as minimal and neutral as possible in the situation. It's simply hard to get him to join any side at all.

Aegir will be nomadic, roaming constantly, available at any time for anyone to give the advice of the water and ice. No matter who approaches, he will be more then happy to give them any kind of help that they need. He will make friends with anyone that is kind to him. He wants to spread his peace and end the violence that plagues the caves.
