Appearance

As Mother's alien parody of a wildcat, Alcina the Warbeast is a large, muscled beast. She is twenty feet long from the tip of her jaws to her tailtip, and ten feet high at the shoulders. Monstrous, her sinewed legs and tail give her terrible speed and power. All four legs are ended in large talons with four toes, two pointing forward and two back.

But by far the worst (or best, to the rest of the hive) part is her face - not so much a face but a yawning set of four terrible jaws, opening like a flower. They sit, paired top and bottom and both sides, lined with teeth several inches long, that grown back after falling out or breaking. Inside these four "petals" are an extra set of smaller mandibles, two on top and two on bottom, that are similar to a beak and have sharp blades. Mounted on the either side of these mandibles are a pair of eyes - black, dark, and transfixing. These eyes can see through the mouthparts when they are closed, but vision is clearer when they are open. Finally, a long, prehensile tongue is rooted in the center of all this, and it's tipped with three leaf shaped "fingers", that can grab at items with some precision.

Her stone is a piece of clearstone, like all drones, hidden within her bottom jaw. It takes the place of the jawbone.

Personality

As a member of Mother's Hive, Alcina is a drone. She serves Mother first and foremost, even at detriment to her own being.

That being said, the warbeast does have her own quirks. She wholehearted believes in (ordered, symmetrical) beauty, and thinks herself and other drones as examples of Mother's excellent design. She speaks in formal language.

It all changes, though, when she is deployed as her true purpose entails. Alcina is Mother's Rending Claws and Mother's Tearing Jaws. She lives for combat, in all it's gory glory. Fashioned as one of six horsemen of chaos's ruined house, she breathes every breath ready to follow Mother's command into combat.
