This young man is built rather sturdy on dense heavy bones. He is neither large nor small in stature in fact you could say he's perfectly average in height. With his life style his body is neither muscular or lean. He's more in the middle of the graph with just a small layer of fat covering his muscle to keep him warm. On this build is stretched a deep tan pelt from muzzle to tail.
Around his neck this boy sports a rather full and shaggy mane of soft beige the tuft the boy sports on the end of his tail is this same soft beige as his mane. *All four of this young man's paws have been stained a light beige, this color marking stain also comes in lines and swirls on his forelegs and hind quarters. These marks also create a rather strange pattern beneath his eyes while his upper eyelid is also lined with this beige color.
Instead of the normally rounded ears of his species his are slightly pointed more like a domestic feline. Looking at the world through vastly curious eyes, these orbs are a brilliant sapphire blue that seems a striking contrast against his neutral pelt tones. This boys gem is a rhodelite garnet that has taken root as three karat sized stone in the base of his left ear. *Dangling from his gem is a colorful feather that fades from brilliant blue, to green, to yellow, then tipped in red. This feather is fastened to his gem via a thin strand of gold wire.
Ari can often be referred to as stoic and quiet when one first meets him. He however is quite the friendly fellow, with a joyous love for live and discovery. Ari is a very curious young man. Digging his nose into the mysteries and history of the caves. He also has an affinity for experimenting with herbs and the naturally occurring chemicals found in the Caverns. Ari is a very strange young man often speaking to himself when lost in his research of the world. He believes that there is a much larger world beyond just the cavern.
He theorizes that the caverns are but one small ecosystem within a much larger planet. With his strange theories fueling him he pours himself into finding out whatever he can about the world around him. He is however a very kind young man often stopping to help if he passes someone in need. Though if lost in thought it can sometimes be impossible to even draw his attention and he will become oblivious to any dangers around him. Ari does have a bit of a temper, mostly when it comes to his experiments failing. With other creatures and strangers he tends to have quite a bit of patience.
