Appearance

Burly | Gigantic | Soft-spoken

For a tiger, Bahamut is absolutely monstrous.

There's none of the quiet, elegant grace you might find in one. There are no large, curious eyes or lithe, agile movements that he carries himself with. He is a lumbering brute that weighs in at a shocking 250kg, and all of it is muscle. There is, however, certainly something impressive about his sheer size-- even if he's far from the largest creature you could find on Origin.

His fur, once baby-soft, is coarse and thick. It's oddly clean and off-white, lined with dark brown-- almost black --stripes that ripple his body. Underneath, if you were to touch his shoulders or chest or whatever else, hulking, brick-like muscles could be felt. Between his massive shoulders sits a blood-red ruby, a thin slit that lines a few inches of his spine.

His eyes take on a similar colour, a deep scarlet that seems to glimmer with ethereal, eerie light in the dark. His gemstone takes the same trait, barely-illuminating his black and white shoulders with a wash of crimson.

He keeps himself oddly clean, though his teeth (sharp and pointed, at that) are oddly miscoloured. His muzzle and paws are tinted slightly with browns, stained from living through the caves with blindingly white fur.

Although there doesn't seem to be anything soft about him, Bahamut is shockingly quiet. His voice rolls like distant thunder, quiet but deep and mildly intimidating.

Personality

Curious | Quiet | Struggles with emotion

It's not so much that Bahamut can't feel emotion-- it's just that he never quite learned how to express himself, or how to appropriately deal with things such like feeling sad or angry. It's a vicious cycle that begins with taking his frustrations out on prey, shortly afterwards feeling upset about his treatment of them, and then further having to release frustration by taking it out on more prey.

He can be mistaken easily for being selfish, but it's yet to even dawn on Bahamut that other people feel, and have lives and ambitions of their own. He seems apathetic and cruel, but it only boils down to the fact that the tiger hasn't learned how to think of anyone else but himself.

Fortunately, however, he is absolutely willing to learn. He craves interaction and hates the feeling of loneliness. Even if he isn't good at talking to and spending time with others, he enjoys quietly observing. He's a curious mind, ever-intrigued by how other people react to certain things.

He is rash and impulsive. He does things without entirely thinking them over, and he's quick to get defensive over small things. Almost arrogantly so, Bahamut is under the impression that His Word Is Final and anyone that disagrees with him is an enemy-- forever against him.

It might take some time before the tiger learns. But he likely will, in time.
