Appearance
As a squeaker, he could easily be mistaken for a toy. No taller than ten inches at the shoulder upon emerging from his chrysalis, he is surprisingly heavy for his size at fourteen pounds. When fully grown, this minuscule creature would be massive. As tall and heavy as a grizzly bear, but several feet longer. The fur that coats this tiny body is a pleasing caramel, with a few thick strips of hickory breaking up the brighter brown. This lovely coloration will fade as the cycles come, darkening everywhere to a monotonous taupe. The softness of his coat will likewise wither, going from a pleasant downy feel to coarse bristles. The eyes that rest at the front of the squeaker's head are not the characteristic black ubiquitous in his Earthly kin, but a dark amber. The stone that grants this creature life is not visible, save for those who stoop down to look in the tiny creature's mouth. All of the upper teeth in the piggy's mouth are crystalline, casting impossible shapes when exposed to light, each one the signature squash color of the Imperial Topaz it's constructed from. In the future the nature of his stone will be obvious to all, hanging out in the form of gargantuan crystal tusks. Personality
Fierce - Boaris will fight tusk and hoof for what he desires. While amusing when young, by the time he is fully grown this quality will become worrying for those who find themselves on the boar's bad side. It's all fun and games until you eat the truffle that half-ton car-sized rock-skulled titan called dibs on. Petty - An elephant never forgets, and apparently neither does an elephantine boar. Boaris always remembers his grudges, and any debts he feels he is owed. However, this goes both ways, if he acknowledges a favor he owes someone else he will honor it without hesitation. Stubborn - Just as when he charges, Boaris often finds himself in a haze of tunnel vision that prevents him from seeing any alternatives but his own. When he puts his hoof down there's very little one can do to change his mind. Caring - Despite his negative qualities, as many and as prevalent as they may be, Boaris has a soft heart. He may be easily agitated and find it hard to let go of slights, but he could never be called callous. If you are starving, and don't try to steal his food, he would happily give you a meal. If you were cold he would let you use his large and bristly body for warmth. He is especially fond of neonates, and can't resist caring for the small critters, even moreso if they're as bullheaded as he is. Though he might try to hide it, his big heart is more than just for show. He's the kind of boar who would sob if he found himself to have accidentally stepped on a grub or a butterfly, mourning a wasted life no matter how small. While he might let himself get lost in his temper, he will always regret any rash decisions he made when his head clears. History
