Appearance

Brutus is going to be a handsome lady killer every step of the way - even since emerging from his chrysalis, he is a fairly handsome fellow with a finely chiseled face and corded muscles that are easily visible beneath his coat. His face is incredibly symmetrical, and his horns are even more so - which is something of a miracle, given the nature of the growth of sheep horns. Still, Brutus prides himself on his fabulous appearance and often refers to himself as ruggedly handsome because, legit, he is. His fur is short and stiff with a grey-brown hue to it, and there are some lighter cream markings mostly on his muzzle and underside. White washes his chest and stomach, and his legs are also washed with white. His eyes are a dashing, bright green that are eternally flashing mischief.

Brutus' stone is the same serpentine green colour as his eyes. It is a gleaming, translucent green tourmaline that appears flawless in his youth. It occupies the space of his right front hoof. As he ages, the stone will slowly accumulate chips and cracks due to the wear of his weight, but it will retain its shine.

Personality

The most immediate characteristic of Brutus is that he is, undeniably, a lady's man. He loves everything about the female gender, their smells, the way they talk, the way they look at things, even just watching them walk tends to get him all hot and bothered. In his youth, Brutus will seem somewhat oblivious to females and their wily ways - but once he approaches his second cycle, it will be as though a light switch flicks on in his brain. He will begin to notice them and thus he will begin his conquests of courtship, and don't be fooled into thinking that Brutus is a one-woman man. Even if he has one, two, five ladies under his hoof, he will relentlessly pursue anybody that appeals to him. He's literally trash.

Other facets of his personality include the stubbornness of a ram and the stupidity of, well, a ram. Once he has his mind set on something, he absolutely will not let it go. He will never rest until he has something that he wants, which means that Brutus will pursue it to the end of the world, be it a hot lady or a piece of treasure or some kind of information. That being said, Brutus is notoriously stupid so while he is incredibly persistent, he is also fairly easy to trick. Brutus has an unfortunate tendency to fall for every and any kind of trap due to his staunch belief that nobody would ever want to hurt him or go to any great length to thwart him. He'd sooner accuse somebody of being paranoid than consider the possibility of there being a trap. Which is precisely why he is so easily fooled.

If it hasn't been made obvious already, Brutus is horribly arrogant and narrow-minded, and once he warms up to a concept or an ideal, its hard for him to let it go. He makes a suspiciously good henchman.
