Appearance

Their body is about 3 inches long, with a tail a little over twice that length. Huge ears that are roughly 1/3 times longer than the face, used both to radiate away heat and pinpoint insect prey. They resembled a mouse that has been given kangaroo legs, with short hands for grabbing and long hind legs for jumping. They have pale reddish sandy fur, lighter on the bottom and darker closer to the spine. This fur is fairly short, except for the feathering on the tail-tip, and they lack fur on the rest of their tail, their limbs, and inner ears.

Newly hatched they will look much the same, albeit stubbier and MUCH smaller- about the size of someone's thumb. Their gemstone is shallow geode-like fissure across where their eyes would be, vaguely resembling a grin.

Personality

A kindhearted, goofy lil guy who likes to play tricks and commit 'crimes,' but might cry if they think they actually hurt anyone. Strong sense of internal morals, which they stick strongly to. Also strongly loyal to friends. Not incredibly smart.
