Appearance

Upon emergence, the walking plague vector is quite large, even for her species. She could be considered juvenile in size, her wingspan being roughly twenty-seven inches, perfectly sized for gliding upon birth... with practice. This will soon fill out to be around fifty-two inches in width, and the awkwardly gangly creature will become almost mysteriously graceful. Her final weight will be around four and two sixths pounds when at her healthiest... which, for Diánysma, that is not often.

Diánysma will be a creature of plague, and it seems to show even within the strands of DNA that build up her entire existence. A mutation known as albinism has appeared upon her icon, stripping her of all pigmentation and leaving her but a pale white in color. Her feathers are bleached and translucent, and her skin is rosy in tone. Her eyes are painted a bright ruby tone. Upon her sternum, where one may consider their 'heart' to lie, is a stone of cinnabar. It is toxic, a stone of almost pure mercury. It is thanks to magicka that it does not poison her and plague her. Thankfully for others, it is hidden just beneath her skin. The gem begins upon the sternum and spiderwebs outwards, almost in a heart pattern. The result is a marking upon her chest very similar to that of a bleeding heart dove.

From emergence from her toxic cocoon, Diánysma will show promising traits... as in the sense if she weren't completely batshit insane and almost emotionless outside of insanity and sadistic tendacies. Intelligence is found within that plague vector mind of hers, which allows her to use manipulative tactics to keep others off her tail if she begins to follow them with hopes of giving them an incurable disease. The corvid is utterly cold and cruel once she has created a plague and begun to spread it, only stopping the plague once it reaches those she has found herself—oddly enough—to care about.

Diánysma will become a walking plague vector, constantly withholding hidden and suppressed diseases to pass onto others she just happens to walk past. The raven could be hired to send a disease unto another on command, but she often does it of her own volition, for the pure joy and satisfaction of her urges to serve her god. Indeed, she has her own religion. From birth, the creature has felt the need to serve her god. They seem to have no name other than Panoúkla, which means Plague in the Greek language. But someone may strike her as the incarnation of this god, and earn her eternal loyalty.
