Appearance

Most people would imagine sharks to be colors of gray or even slightly blue, yet here we are, with a rather large, rather yellow specimen of negaprion brevirostris. Perhaps on the large side for his species, but relatively small in the world of sharks. Now, this particular individual, Edgar, is not so yellow he's the color of dandelions, but rather a nice warm tan color, more akin to the color of sand then lemons. Still, its quite noticeable against the otherwise blue hues of the underwater.

He is, otherwise, typical. A shark is a large cartilaginous fish, a powerful underwater predator with many rows of teeth that commonly fall out and are quickly replaced by ones from the layer behind. Long fins not fused to the head jut out from the side, with a prominent pointed dorsal fin off the back. In Edgar's case, however, his dorsal fin is light-colored and smoothly cut and polished citrine - when it catches the light, sparkling golden colors erupt across his scales. Maybe he is dandelion yellow after all.

Personality

He's a baby! Mostly instincts, but has a favorable demeanor. Interested to learn, curios and inquisitive, and quite opinionated. He tends not to get particularly angry and has a stronger flight response then a fight. He tends to enjoy company and good conversation.
