Appearance

Equinox was a creature made to destroy. every ounce of his form growls with what was supposed to make him a soldier. but he wasn't one. whatever force that allowed him to exist either didn't know or didn't care there was no place for him here. atleast, not anymore.

13 feet tall and 24 feet long, this beast is a frightening combination of claws, teeth and spines. claws on each hand and foot were 3.5 inches long, sharp as knives, and teeth so large they didnt all fit in his mouth.

his back is arched upward, giving him a constant, looming hunch. his torso is wide, what isn't covered by thick, blue hair is raw muscle and oddly-patterned skin, with odd symbols are markings that really don't mean anything, but they almost look like they should, near a work of art should those around it have such a sentiment.

its arms and legs are thick, though its while are built for fighting, its legs are slimmer (though not by much) likely to ensure some type of speed, though they are long and make up a portion of its height. each foot, as well as its normal claws, possess one raptor-like talon amongst them, just as sharp, if not more so.

its tail makes up a good portion of its length, covered in similar spines, thick and heavy. it doesn't really do much for balance, but it does make a good weapon for slamming foe into the dirt. if he finds out is dependant on a few factors, though.

his eyes are a striking, glowing blue, 2 on each side of his head, pupil-less and empty. his horns curl back towards his head,and his snout is quite dog-like, if you remove everything that makes it a dog other than the shape. the sides of his head break off into spikes and spines which run down into his thick neck.

he will hatch full size, clumsy and bulky.

his body language betrays the beastly form, almost.. gentle. curiosity tearing at the frightening exterior, the sharp claws never daring to purposefully hurt unless ordered. it wants to learn, you can't learn much if something youre observing is dead.

Personality

Equinox at first can be quite intimidating. he is quiet, and he has a tendency to loom. taller than most gembound, definitely, and those empty, expressionless eyes stare daggers into the soul of many, however this is mostly unintentional. once you prove to not be worth the fight, you'll find he is actually.. kinda silly.

he's awkward, with broken english and ridiculous body proportions, he shambles and barks out simple replies rather than full sentences. he is not graceful by any means, often falling prone to stepping on his own tail. don't take it as him being stupid, he is not by any means, but he's forgetful of how big he actually is. unaware of him own strength and size, he doesn't know how much is too much and what he's supposed to be looking for just yet.

he's nice, if you break the word "nice" into very basic essentials. he's not mean, though sometimes his monotone voice and actions can come across as harsh, and he will often be seen doing things that most would do motivated by some sort of kindness deep within. to him, its simple decision making. he doesn't have much a sense of bad vs good. he simply cares about the now, the when, and what is and isnt. his emotions are muffled and dull, but that isn't to say he doesn't experience them. some more than others, of course. he will experience rage more than he will happiness, and he will experience happiness more than he will sadness.

he's confusing. he's aware of this, aswell, painfully so. he craves a purpose, but in turn doesn't know where to start on that path. he will simply exist, and where that leads him is determined by the people who meet him.
