Appearance

Felina is a female bobcat. She's not a "normal" one, though. She has lighter than usual "spots" on her fur. They're a pale/pastel gray color instead of black. Instead of the spots being evenly spread all over her body, they only show on the top points of her ears, tail tip, and all four paws...just the paws...not her legs. Felina also lacks the golden tawny color of a regular bobcat's body fur. The color is very light beige, like sand. Felina's overall size is quite small. She's only two feet long from her nose to her "bobtail". The best word to use is "runty". Her "salt & pepper" colored whiskers are short. Her claws are only a fraction of the size compared to a "regular" bobcat, but Felina keeps them keenly sharp regardless.. Her teeth are tiny, but as sharp as any feline carnivore's. Her eye color is pale amber with soft brown pupils instead of the usual black ones. What she lacks in size, she makes up in beauty. Like all bobcats, her undersized body is sleek, graceful and the very definition of a feline appearance. She can climb, leap, jump, run, etc. slightly faster due to her low weight of ten pounds. Felina is one of those rare cats that can climb a tree both up and down. She can leap effortlessly from branch to branch when needed. She has the same hunting skills as most (not *all*) predators. Sometimes she's successful. Sometimes she isn't. Felina always keeps herself clean and pleasant-smelling. Her favorite bedding is grass that's turned yellow and soft (like in winter). She adds shredded clover to it for its nose-pleasing scent. She has a shiny, marble-like pebble that she likes to sleep with. She also uses it as a plaything.

Personality

Felina is warm, friendly and has a kind heart. She prefers peace to fighting. She's clever and resourceful. She's curious and inquisitive. She's the type to ask a lot of questions in a respectful manner, of course. Felina especially likes to learn. She'd be an eager and attentive student for anyone willing to teach her. She can also simply learn from experience, trial and error. She wants to explore. She enjoys going on adventures. She wants to understand the entire Cave, if at all possible. If cornered or attacked, she'll defend herself. She much prefers to make friends. Felina enjoys just leisurely strolling any part of the Cave that she can get to. Felina is always helpful. She puts other creatures before herself. She'll even give up her life for someone else's or for many. She can't stand foul language. Felina will try to break up any conflict between the other Cave-dwellers. Though she doesn't know much about psychology, she'll gladly lend a listening, sympathetic ear to any creature willing to discuss his/her issues. She might even suggest some way to deal with whatever's bothering anyone. She's also very good at keeping secrets, even if that means not revealing them results in torture and/or death. Felina happily helps with hunting, gathering and/or foraging. This includes storing food and anything drinkable. She knows how to differentiate between safe and toxic victuals. Her dream is to be either become a provisioner or something close to that particular profession.

History

Felina was "born" (for lack of a better word) prematurely. The crystalline casing around her stone was only two inches thick. Therefore, it shattered open earlier than normal, hence she'll never develop into a "normal" size adult neither internally nor externally. Her "stone" is also permanently lodged in her uterus. That means she's sterile, as it blocks her reproductive organs. She can't "give stone" and/or "give life...ever. This condition is *incurable*, no matter what the means of healing is applied.
