Their gemstone is a misshappened star on their chest, rooted in the center of their ribcage.

Skyward and Earthbound are able to feel each other's emotions, but they cannot read each other's minds or communicate telepathically without the help of spells. They both have approximately equal control over their body, which will make them extremely uncoordinated in their first few cycles until they work out a system.

Skyward is talkative and sociable, and often takes charge in social interactions. She's prone to asking mildly invasive questions but she usually has good intentions and will back off if she senses discomfort. He isn't satisfied by easy answers, he needs to understand every little thing or he'll never get a sense of closure. Skyward is far more ambitious than her twin, constantly striving for even more control and skill over her magic.

Earthbound is the quieter of the pair, and often the one in control of the body itself. Ey tend to be restless, and will fidget or pace if ey have to stand idle for too long. Earthbound holds a quiet wonder for even the most mundane of things. But at the same time ey don't have the same investigative spirit that Skyward does. If ey know ey'll never have the catharsis of a clear answer, then ey are unlikely to engage in a line of questioning. In general ey prefer real, tangible things and clear results.
