Appearance

so come to me, we can change night into day

Almost a sheep. Almost a perfect child.

In reality, Isaac is not an Earth animal at all. He takes mostly after his stone-giver, built small and stocky, the crown of his head only a few inches above human ankle-height upon hatching. He has an equally small ungulate face, dark brown horizontal pupils, and long ears that flick and twitch. His body is wreathed in a long, shaggy coat; the only sign of his life-giver's heritage being how poofy said coat is, especially along the chest. This gives him a rather sheep-like silhouette, easy to mistake for one.

His stone is golden, glimmering pyrite, nestled in in a rough, cubed cluster amongst his chest fur.

Personality

you'll hold my hand so i never go astray

It's a child. A soft, sweet, shy child. "Timid" describes it well; it's rather unsure of the world. It doesn't know much of anything. It knows that its mother's fur is warm. It knows that the fluid clinging to its coat when it hatches out of its chrysalis is cold. That's about all.
It doesn't know it's going to die soon.

~~That's probably for the better.~~

It survived. What now?
