Appearance

Just as the others of his species, Jack's coat is a base of a light golden brown colour but being blanketed by a heavy dark saddle/blanket that spreads across the majority of his body. This fades down towards his paws where the golden brown becomes the predominant colour, almost a cream on the base of his paw pads. Starting with his base coat, it is a crisp orange golden colour that matches the sands of the red desert. It covers his entire body though is only visible through patches that remained uncovered by his dark saddle. This dark colour makes up the majority of his body, starting at his face covering it like a mask with only his jaw line spreading to his neck being the base coat colour. On his tail, the colouration is split almost 50/50 horizontally with the underside being gold and the topside being black. This split of top and bottom is pretty much replicated across his stomach to his shoulders, with the black spreading on the outside of the limb until just above the ankle. Both his eyes are bright orange, a vibrant contrast against the black of his mask. Nestled between them is a stripe of orange from the ovular orange sapphire that makes up his gemstone.

Personality

A summary of personality traits, Jack is all out the most energetic, loud and cheerful pup within Origin caves (or so he would have you believe). Much of his time is spent in adolescence trying to increase his horizons to discover and learn everything he can. This is fueled by his tendency to just wander off in search of supposed adventure. Extremely laid back, he doesn't find himself getting caught up in the quarrels of others as he chooses instead to just let everything take its course. That's not say he won't become a cog in an operation if it helps move things along, but he doesn't have a black and white perspective of the world. If things were going south, he wouldn't be a stranger to just letting it continue that way. By no means a coward, his philosophy is what will be will be. Que Sera, Sera. The only time he really takes anything seriously is if any of his friends get hurt or crossed. Should such a thing happen, he will be the first in the front line to protect them. Family bonds mean everything to him, and one of his greatest fears is causing the destruction or deaths of his friends. Whether intentionally or accidentally. Jack also wears a light blue cloth bandana around his head.
