Appearance

Her Gem; Under the skin of her lower neck a smooth green stone peaked in and out. Aventuine is a gem that represents luck and good fortune, though some may say it's all in the head of the beholder. For Jasmine, it's both a blessing and a curse. She doesn't seem to gain the luck from her gem, but those around her become rather lucky after spending much time with her.

Child (1-3 cycles); When she awakes, the young gembound will stand about 6 feet tall; very high off the ground for such a young thing and she won't stop growing. Her body will be covered in many brown spots and little fuzzy nubs on top of her head. Her eyes seem to match her gems, a soft light green.

Adult (+4 cycles); With time, she will continue to grown, scooting up at least ten more feet before she reached her adult height of 16 feet tall, weighing in at about 1,800lbs. Everything about her will be long and thin, making her knobby knees more obvious.

Scar on her flank, resulted from Gadanai wishing to leave a permanent mark on the giraffe.

Personality

This sweet gemchild will be very impressionable, easily pushed to agree to different options and those they meet in the first cycle of her life will held mold the young one. Though, there are key parts about her that have already formed and will be very hard to change. Like her creative soul, always imagining different types of greens and plant life that is in the caves. Another thing that's notable about the giraffe is her being both easily excitable and awkward. The simplest things can make her leap her joy, but she will also fall flat on her face. Poor thing.

Unfortunately, she might be easy to excite but also easily hurt. The sweet giraffe is such a sensitive thing; so she takes things very seriously. BUT the cherry on top is this gembounds fear. She can't stand being up so high from the ground. Pitiful really, but as she grows older, the worse it will get.

Feelings for Gadanai
These feelings might be simple at the moment, but they have the possibility to grow stronger. Only time will tell how strong the feelings are and if they will be able to withstand any troubles that might get in their way.


Sensorial Link
The elephant formed the link with her, tying the two of them together in a way that there were no words to describe. Who knows how this might effect the other since now they are bonded. Could some of the good things from Jasmine leak into Gadanai or . . the other way around? Only time will tell.

- Woke up in the 7th cycle in the Eridanus room next to the zebra Troy
- Calls Eridanus the Green Place
- Followed Troy out of green place, to Orion and met Hasira
- Stayed in Orion, grew depressed.

Cycle 2
- Hasn't seen Troy in a while.
- Met Gadanai, who claims they would protect Jasmine
- Promises to stay with Gada
- Runs into Troy again, but chooses to stay with the elephant
- Possible feelings beginning to bloom with Gadanai?

Cycle 3
- Found out Gada killed a cave deer; thinks it was an accident.
- Met Booker near the great mushroom, listened to a story.
- Returned to Gadanai, found she was injured by a dingo; but the elephant won the fight.
- Was found by the leopard Fira as she was eating a meal. Thread still pending reaction.
- Gada summoned Jasmine back to their cave, the elephant had something to tell her.
- The elephant scared her on her right flank.
- Jasmines was convinced it was to protect her.
- Gadanai formed a Sensorial Link with Jasmine.

Cycle 4
- She hasn't seen Gada is over a cycle.
- Hasn't left the cave, fearing Gada would return and be angry that she left.
- Grows emotionally tired. Finally gets the courage to go out and search for the elephant.
- Looses her footing because she hasn't walked around for weeks. Slips and falls down into the fern trench. Braking her leg from the fall and is unable to get out.
- Reverts back into her chrysalis from all the pain.
