Size: 3 feet tall when bipedal
Appearance
Something great to sit on the shelf ═════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
At her first few cycles, she'll be in grub mode. with soft but sparse fur and a teensy sausage body - there is little thought in her pale brown eyes, very little. (Or maybe that's what she wants you to think?) Baby nubs sprout from her large forehead, the suggestion of antennae to come. There is little visible segmentation at this stage, rubbery chitin covered over with caramel and coffee colouring [ DO NOT PUT HER IN YOUR MOUTH. ] Her teeth are still growing in - she may be prone to gnawing on the inedible, but only with gums, fortunately for future victims. At four cycles she'll chrysalise, emerging at her fully grown size of 3 feet upright - her six grasping limbs can double as legs or arms if she prefers. Dark little mittens sprout from the ends, two fingered and one thumbed, flexible for the more delicate tasks in life. Her colours will come in properly then - a dark chocolate brown striping her abdomen and her wingtips. Oh yes, she'll grow wings too! Only able to fly for short periods - good for climbing or escaping in a pinch. Her coat will thicken, loose and fluffy. It detaches easily, so trying to grab her can be difficult. If you can even get that close - her antennae, while not as powerful as her insect ancestors, can pick up vibrations in the air up to 9ft around her, so long as they're strong enough. Her last resort is a retractable set of teeth, sharp and piercing - these are saved for fruit and chewy meat otherwise. At her chest is a sparkling opal, but this will be covered up by her adult fur. ═════════════════════════════════════════════════════════

Personality
Put you away for another day ═════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
Shoots my non-binary beam at you
Energetic, talkative, an ever-blazing love for the big and bombastic. Doesn't quite have the natural charisma or self-confidence to be a theatre kid, but is always towing the line. Loves big words and run-on sentences. Ambitious, always fanning the flames of a big impossible dream. Usually something to do with their interests - Monsters, large predatory animals, war beasts and machines. Sees themself as the artist, the author; Someone who isn't on the stage, but pulls the strings from behind the curtains. Surprisingly insecure. Good at seeming like she has a concrete plan to success, but can't buy her own bullshit. Prone to self-doubt, fear and anxiety if left to her own devices too long. Never fully out of her head. ═════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
To find you every time I need you
History
You will never get to take me with disposable parts! ═════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
