This hybrid has qualities of both the bat and the wolf. Its face is that of a bat, but it has a long canine body. It's front legs are thin and brittle, with long, bony fingers connected by a fringe of skin, the same fringe that stretches from its elbows to its ribs. It's hind legs are stocky and powerful, and it has a long tail. It's fur is mostly shades of warm red-brown, but its legs are white, as well as a splash on his throat, chest, and tail tip. Where the fur is white, the skin is pink. It's eyes are bright blue and a large cabochon of ametrine sits between its shoulders. What a miserable looking creature. This thing wheezes and stumbles around almost aimlessly; barely able to walk around on it's own feet. It's front paws are practically hands, among the likes of something like a lemur, with thin membranes covering the boney fingers. It's deathly thin - ribs clearer than day, sticking out from the thin fur covering it's skin. What a horrible, miserable creature. It's eyes are seemingly too big for it's skull, it's ears are seemingly too big for it's head. The fur that covers it doesn't seem to shield them from the cold what so ever - they're constantly shaking and wheezing from the cold and the inability to keep their own balance. They appear to almost be weighed down by the thick purple and orange stone placed between their shoulders. The membrane connecting from their elbows to their shoulders are seemingly too small to even glide with; but tight enough to seemingly restrain movement. They rasp when they speak; bags have formed under their cold eyes. Their hog-like nose is constantly wet and sniffling, as if they suffered from an eternal cold. Personality
Morpheus is a horribly curious creature - however, they have a tendency to slink behind in the shadows and observe who they find interesting rather than actually deciding to talk to potential friends. If caught in conversation, Morpheus may resort to stammering or babbling nonsense instead of engaging in actual conversation - at the end of the day, turning heel and fleeing instead of daring to face someone for idle chat. You might call them a stalker, of sorts, and you would not be wrong. They are careful in who they choose to follow for the rest of their days; perhaps, even, after following someone for long enough they may become confident enough to talk like a normal person. In the unlikely event of this happening, one might realise this horrible mutant is actually an incredibly intelligent and thoughtful creature. They might not have the best conversational skills in the world, and they may not be particularly concerned about the thoughts and feelings of other people, but they have their opinions and small talk is a rather rare thing with them. While most, if not all gembounds tend to change as they grow up, Morpheus doesn't seem to interact with people enough to actually change his ways at all. It's very unlikely he will change. History
