Appearance
A monstrous shadow of a brown bear. Oberon stands some six feet tall at the shoulder, coated in thick fur of a dull, near-black shade, and this fur is constantly matted and dripping with Oil. His comparatively small, almost beady, eyes and the inside of his maw glow with a soft light. That maw is bear-like in structure, but with jutting, jagged tusks and sabre teeth, and the pointed interior structures of a camel's throat. His neck is powerful and arched, his body heavily muscled. His jaws can open far too wide, far too far back, eerily so, and random spines and spikes jut haphazardly out of his body. His gemstone--an almost organic-looking black Kyanite--forms thick, twisted horns that are perpetually Oil-stained.
A venom carried by his bite induces hallucinations inflicting visions of Chaos, though not Corruption points. Personality
Oberon is a wholly blank slate, to be shaped by his adoptive mother, Tema. Twisted in the chrysalis and awoken to Chaos, he is plagued by visions of violence, and is often silent and still, lost in these as the world moves on around him. Commands to attack result in eruptions of incredible violence, however, with every bit of the physical power he can summon being inflicted in obedience to the drives of Chaos. Beyond this, his development will depend on how he is treated, what he encounters, and what his maddening perception of the world endures.
