Size: 2'3" on all fours; 4'8" on two feet
Appearance
Pollen is rather green. That's the most noticeable thing about her, other than the fact that she consistently looks like a dog on their back legs; she is green. Being covered in flowers doesn't help her case either.
Past that, Pollen is somewhat canine-like, with thick legs and long arms and even thicker pawpads. While perfectly capable of living on four legs, she prefers walking on two, and often dresses in floral patterns and cute clothing. Her favorites are overalls and skirts, plain clothing that is either flowy or useful. Dresses with pockets? Perfection. Her general constitution is close to a human's. With the same general hormones and systems, she's omnivorous like them, preferring cooked meals and other luxuries. Her golden eyes and deer-like ears follow this. Antlers don't shed, permanent on her dromaeosaur-like face. Her right eye is caved in with smooth amber and oilstone that matches the gem above her fluffed tail, albeit missing the rosebud and leaf inclusions. This, as well as the ends of her limbs, have thin striping that breaks up the pastel green of her pelt. Both her mane and her general skin acts as a personal garden, often with wide plants on her shoulders and back and vines on her arms. These vines are her primary defense, unfurled to be used as whips. Personality
(needs to be replaced...)
Sincerity goes a long way. Pollen is one to keep kindness in her heart and attempt to find the best in the worst of people. Perhaps that kindness will catch up to her someday, but to her, there's always a gentle friend to be made, and a tempered soul to give sanctuary to. Like many other young beings in the world, Pollen desires to make a mark on the world, doing good by people and finding a purpose in life. She finds this in her plants- wherever she places her den, she'll take care of her herbs and flowers, considering each one to be their own being, no matter how lesser they are compared to her. Yes, she may eat from them, but she would never willingly kill them- and, if she did, then that's the circle of life. Existence is a beauty to behold. Other than gardening, Pollen may spend her time experiencing stories to keep in her heart, friends to love, and places to remember. She's one to love visiting special places- she could vacation to (if the idea was native in the caves, at least) landmarks and natural wonders forever. Even if she enjoys the presence of others, she much prefers silence rather than excited conversation, peaceful in the idea of simply coexisting with people. She's very somber, in this regard- while she'll exchange soft-spoken words, she's more likely to talk to her plants than seek out utter strangers, even if she whole-heartedly welcomes them into her abode. She does seem to be somewhat protective of her plants. She's helped make the, tended to them, and she considers them her best friends. Those who would risk harming them may find Pollen attempting to teach them not to, and at worst a gentle coercion to leave her home. Plants not tended to her are different. Those, while she will still feel bad for, are treated with a distant respect and acknowledgement that preventing damage to all plants is simply not attainable. History
