At least, if those animals came in green.

Pollen is aptly named after her coat, a sort of pastel green that looks like it belongs on grass and plants rather than a mammal. Other than its color, it's nothing particularly special- a darker saddle of green fades in from her back, small stripes line her wrists, ankles, and tail, and her face and digits are tipped with a dark shade. Overall, while she seems to have a short coat, her pelt is soft to the touch and appears to be rather silky.

Her mane is much the same way, draped over her neck much like a horse's, often decorated with various flowers and vines. Pollen takes good care of her overall appearance- while she may look dirty from gardening, she's rather well kept, comfortable in her skin and the way she looks. This extends to her many decorations, many flowers often growing from her mane and back, curled about her and kept healthy.

As a Muta, Pollen is a rather standard example of one- her muzzle is short and boxy, belonging to some sort of Utahraptor or other thin-faced dinosaur. Two large ears are swept back under a pair of three-pronged 'antlers', their white bone shaped more like strange candle holders than a proper deer's antlers.

Her head would best be described as roman-nosed- round, blunt, and vaguely dinosaur-like, it's thin from the top and very tall otherwise. Twin point ears, like a blend between a fox's and a horse's, are swept back, rarely pinning forwards in times of peak interest. Her eyes are akin to a human's. They have round pupils, visible sclera, and dull yellow irises. Her mouth is somewhat otherwise- it follows the same tooth structure of a domestic canine. Her tongue is thick and barely split at the end.

She seems to be rather comfortable on four legs or two. Her body is a strange mix between canine and humanoid. While on all paws, her back is somewhat level and she moves like a normal dog. On her back feet, her shoulders remain angled forward and her chest still stands out, but she seems comfortable doing tasks any other humanoid would be capable of performing. Her sense of balance is somewhat more haphazard when she stands up, but nothing that she can't learn.

Her hands- all four of them, as her back feet nearly match her front- are akin to elongated canine digits, capable of grasping things and performing intricate tasks with their thumbs. While they aren't as thin as other humanoids', Pollen still knows her way around them and can work almost just as well as the others.

At the base of her fluffy, fox-ish tail is a round stone of rough amber. Within is an inclusion of small leaves and a couple of rosebuds interspersed throughout it. It comes from her hatching- emerging from the remains of a rose bush with Niamh and Typhon, the amber-carrying siblings all seem to have that hint of planthood within them.

Upon emerging, Pollen's fur will have no markings and show as a green-tinted white, her patterns slowly coming in as she grows into adulthood. Her antlers will grow to just past her ears before stopping permanently.

Over time, Pollen's pelt has been decorated with plants- primarily, honeysuckle and english ivy coats down her back, lightly curling around the top of her fur. It's not embedded very deep, not unlike the other examples, and seems to be rather simple. Curling up either forearm, though, are smooth, twisted vines, small roses flowering from them. They extend well past her wrist and develop thorns along the way, eventually creating whips that can be grabbed by either hand or tied back up to stow away.

And, finally, tucked behind one ear is a small, pink flower, its petals resembling teardrops in the form of a star with two long stamen poking out of it.

Like many other young beings in the world, Pollen desires to make a mark on the world, doing good by people and finding a purpose in life. She finds this in her plants- wherever she places her den, she'll take care of her herbs and flowers, considering each one to be their own being, no matter how lesser they are compared to her. Yes, she may eat from them, but she would never willingly kill them- and, if she did, then that's the circle of life.

Existence is a beauty to behold. Other than gardening, Pollen may spend her time experiencing stories to keep in her heart, friends to love, and places to remember. She's one to love visiting special places- she could vacation to (if the idea was native in the caves, at least) landmarks and natural wonders forever.

Even if she enjoys the presence of others, she much prefers silence rather than excited conversation, peaceful in the idea of simply coexisting with people. She's very somber, in this regard- while she'll exchange soft-spoken words, she's more likely to talk to her plants than seek out utter strangers, even if she whole-heartedly welcomes them into her abode.

She does seem to be somewhat protective of her plants. She's helped make the, tended to them, and she considers them her best friends. Those who would risk harming them may find Pollen attempting to teach them not to, and at worst a gentle coercion to leave her home. Plants not tended to her are different. Those, while she will still feel bad for, are treated with a distant respect and acknowledgement that preventing damage to all plants is simply not attainable.
