Appearance
 Rinaotei in her current mutated form, takes the shape of a wolf but also has attributes of a dragon as well, her scales are purely charcoal coloured, with her trademark black coat that possessing the same shade that makes her resemble a pure black pearl. Her draconian scales are scallop-shaped that look smooth to the touch but are somewhat coarse around the edges; this especially shown on her legs and tail where there's not a trace of fur. Her legs are very well-built in contrast to how lanky they were previously with large, sharp claws that look like sickles and one of them has a long lasting scar that has been there for a long time. Her tail, previously small and mostly fur is now long and scaly with some violet hook on the end of it. Under her ears is a pair of smooth horns made of ivory. But most of all is the draconian membrane wings that look almost like ragged boat sails, which has the same charcoal colour as lots of her fur and scales, the fingers though are a greyish white. Since she is a mutant if one were to shave all of her coat bare, what they would see would not be exposed skin but instead a winged wolf with charcoal bare scales instead. Despite her mutation Rinaotei body shape is still of a black wolf with a light greyish white skunk/badger stripe across the middle of her body, and around her face as well such as her forehead, muzzle & her neck. However, the trademark black is around her eyes, cheeks/jaw & ear. Her ears & legs also possess the trademark black on them. Due to some other mutations in her birth that even though she is a wolf, she possesses eyes that are azure blue & a liver coloured nose. Rinaotei, in time, intends to wear a small circle dark blue-violet earring on her right ear. Rinaotei possesses a rather quiet voice with a calm serenity on it that is slightly soothing for others befitting her nature. Her voice makes her good for talking to although, while she is kind at heart there are times where she does say things to test one to satiate her curiosity even if what is said is cruel, although her calm voice shall never show that. Although her voice is usually smooth sounding, if one does manage to push her buttons such as invading her privacy or selfishly depriving someone of their freedom to benefit themselves her voice loses its default tranquillity and can become booming, assertive and if pushed too far a twinge of bile hatefulness in her tone. Although it does take a lot to get her tone that way and most of the time her voice is in a serene mood with a speaking manner that’s in between respectful politeness & rude deadpan snarkiness/sarcasm. For her species of Gembound Rinaotei is a little underweight for a mutated wolf, not to extreme unhealthy standards perhaps, though she weighs 66.1lbs/30kg while being 30Inches/76.2cm at her shoulder, with a wingspan of 90cm on each of her wings. With her water element Rina possesses an affinity with water and may be found swimming often, her swimming is like how a Marine Iguana will swim in water. The chrysocolla gem indented into her forehead is round triangle in shape and only covers the middle of her forehead with it just being twice the size as her nose in vertical length. Rinaotei may occasionally have a hard time doing stealth due to her stone as since it’s on her forehead she can’t hide it, so if some light catches it and reflects it, others may notice something is up from seeing something unusual shining. (Since I mainly view Rina's voice as something that's calm & soothing I chose these two as examples since I couldn't decide which of the 2 to choose over, I shall leave it up to your interpretation as to which one of these two cases you think will suit her more. But the sound of Rina's laugh will be Anivia's.) Personality
One of Rinaotei's well-defined traits is being a relatively calm & collected individual. While she indeed is someone who is genuinely empathetic & loyal towards others, she is also an aloof introvert who prefers to avoid crowded areas & spend her free time in complete privacy. Rinaotei is so distant to the point of being an independent lone wolf, she doesn't see herself belonging in a pack, nor does she ever think she'll get involved in groups as the lupine is too distrusting to believe she can fit in. Still, she is adventurous so who knows what she'll decide on that matter. She is one who values freedom & privacy rather strongly, so whether it's a slave or a child being limited by their parent for selfish reasons. It doesn't matter what form and purpose of depriving one's freedom are; it's enough for her to break out her calm nature & explode in a temper. Which in a way makes her noble, she's willing to help some obtain freedom or privacy if it's what they wish and doesn't ask for much in return, might perhaps ask some not to tell others that she helped though as she dislikes getting attention. Also, if one dares attempts to deprive her freedom or attempt to be inside her bubble of privacy, they will not get out unscathed. Befitting her love of liberty Rina loves adventures & exploring, although within boundary since the Cave is the only place that she knows, still seeing new things and finding ancient artefacts on the way is something she'll never get enough. As of what'll happen of when she eventually sees everything in the caves remains to be seen. In spite of all of these factors about her, that may suggest she's violent, she's a pacifist and doesn't understand why many others use violence as a first option. The mutant thinks it should be something that of the last resort; a Plan Z this side of her gets her viewed as a skilled warrior in ways. Rina hates actual violence and only uses it when necessary while being attacked perhaps, or in regards to one's views. Rina could slightly be mentor-like although she is a little reserved for something like that. Still, if one does end up somehow engaged in combat with her, watch out remember Rina hates violence, so the mutant takes no joy in fights the mutant participates. With that, she tries to make the fight end quickly and so due to that she's very pragmatic when fighting. One example of that was when she was in a skirmish with Mosi Nyota, in which she froze his eyes to get him out her way. Although she is with good intentions & rational she isn't a tame wolf & she has shown to be somewhat sadistic. For Rina finds amusement in something like cruel mind games or just pranks and may attempt her own as some curiosity she possesses may make her be intrigued in what their reaction might be, or only for the amusement. She does try to do this within the boundary; if perhaps someone's hurt in any form of the way she doesn't want to be extremely cruel, she'll try and keep her mouth shut. Still, this does show a fun-loving side to her if her love for adventure wasn't enough to display that. Since she is calm & reasonably intelligent she slightly looks down on the ill-tempered & ones she views as immature, yet at the same time, she's self-deprecating, hating herself for mistakes made. May also have some impatience when it comes to her passions, because of that she can't stay still, she thinks of all the explorations the winged lupine could be doing. Or perhaps in improving her skills, Rina doesn't take baby steps she immediately goes for the significant levels of fast progress which suggests some overconfidence. Although she is someone who likes the freedom to be herself she is a slight victim of not doing this, initially, Rinaotei was someone who spoke to others with as much tact as she possibly could muster. She does this as she knows that not everyone has a firm emotional control as Rinaotei does and because of that the mutant fears about offending someone with her words, so she a lot of times speaks with a polite manner of speaking. Some of these factors may also suggest she's a little uptight, while she is somewhat solemn Rina is laid back inwardly, not to add she is a pretty snarky one who often makes sarcastic comments in a grave situation. But since being polite does come a little naturally to her, and since she still is a bit worried about offending someone although she is improving those sarcastic comments she makes are just thought inwardly.
