Appearance

Unlike some other hybrids, Rue is quite a seamless blend of their two parents, to the point where its hard to tell what exactly they're a hybrid of in the first place. Their general build is that of a maned wolf, though a fair bit taller at roughly four feet at the shoulder fully grown. They're fairly hairy, with long fur along their underbelly, a decent mane, and a fluffy but incredibly short tail. The only part of their body that isnt covered in fluff is their legs. Here the fur shortens down before transitioning to black, draconic scales. Their front feet boast a set of surprisingly dexterous draconic claws, while the back are hooves claws reminiscent of a prehistoric horse's feet.

Their fur is a collection of ruddy, earthy browns, darker and warmer towards their spine and lighter and less saturated towards their belly. Their legs, muzzle, ears, and back of neck are black. White markings decorate their nose, eyes, and tail. Their eyes are an ominous glowing green. Their face is fairly canine, albeit with a wider snout to fit a heart-shaped deer's nose and rounded, albeit maned wolf big, waterbuck ears. Horns twist back from their head, grey at the base and black at the tips. Bioluminescent sparks across their body at times. It can be any color in any place,but they favor blues, greens, and yellows.

Their stone, a green Kornerupine, sits where the neck meets the body, lodged in the right side. This gives them a permanent head-tilt, though they can straighten their head, its uncomfortable to do so. They'll often drool a mixture of oil and mildly neurotoxic venom. Without fangs capable of injecting venom, they must bite down deep and for a long time for the venom to take effect, causing weakness and paralysis in the affected areas.

As part of an "improvement" from Doctor Fun, Rue's flesh is crisscrossed with seams marked by oil black and kornerupine green stitches.

Personality

While theyll be shaped by their training and environment more than anything, there's a couple things that they'll pick up early on.

They're aware of their status as a replacement, left behind when their parent left the forge. Firstly, they'll few a sort of disapproval, maybe even dislike, for their absentee parent, seeing them as weak and potentially a traitor. This will urge them to work hard, to prove their worth to the forge. Secondly, as their want for freedom and need for chaos begin to chafe against the chaos forges rigid rules, they'll feel envy for their lost parent, wishing they had taken them along.

Born with the power of His magic, from the beginning theyll feel a need for chaos, for destruction and violence. Training alone will not do the trick, and soon they'll feel like a tiger pacing in a too-small enclosure. If they cannot find some sort of outlet, it's likely that the need for entropy will burst out all at once, a surefire way to get publically chrysalized or worse.

All in all, theyll be an ambitious wild child trying to decide which rules seem worth breaking.
