Appearance

SCORN IS PERFECT. SCORN IS CREATED BY BELOVED MOTHER. SCORN IS CREATURE OF VIOLENCE, BUT ABOVE ALL THINGS ORDER.

Scorn is built to be a living bulldozer, and all facets of its design lend to this. A large, flat, shovel-shaped snout covered in thick keratin armor. Its eyes are deep-set, beady, and luminously red. It's long mouth features two sets of tusks and many, many sharp teeth, good for tearing the flesh of whatever is unfortunate enough to get caught. Others equally unfortunate will be tossed over its armored and spiked back, or trampled under its hooves. It's tail is medium length, spiked with barbs like thorns on a rose. Rather than a flower, it ends in a set of nasty pinchers useful for defending it's backside. Scorn is covered in coarse red fur except for it's face, lower front legs, shoulders, and back, which are all covered in off-white armor that, while it resembles bone, is actually keratin.

A plate of clearstone sits on its belly, acting as another piece of armor as well as its source of life. It somewhat reduces its mobility, but not much more than the preexisting pieces of armor already did.

Scorn prefers to speak- physically or through the mental link- in loud, simple statements that betray it's complicated inner thoughts. This can make it come off as a brutish meat-head, which annoys it only sometimes. It also has a tendency to walk in perfectly straight lines with sharp turns, unless forced to do otherwise.

SCORN IS BIG. SCORN IS TANK. SCORN IS CAPABLE OF CHARGING INTO ENEMIES AND DEALING MUCH VIOLENCE. SCORN LOVES VIOLENCE.

Personality

SCORN CRAVES VIOLENCE. SCORN WILL MAKE MOTHER PROUD.

Scorn is an instrument of violence. This is something that it is extremely aware of and revels in. It was quite literally made for this, designed by Mother to be a powerful tool in her war efforts. It lives and breaths battle. But war rarely reflects the ideals of order. War is a mess of mud and blood that rends and tears without regard for Perfection. Each victory torn from Chaos' jaws holds a little less meaning when faced with the Chaos left in the wake of Drones and Valkhounds alike. This is an issue.

The Chaos inherit to war can only be resolved by a code of honor that Scorn adheres to just as strongly as its own naturally Ordered instincts. This will be built up as Scorn gains experiences and opinions to base its code of honor on, but will be heavily influenced by Mother's inescapable opinion and judgement. It will heavily feature ritualized post-battleground clean-up, such as arranging the splattered bodies of those it has slain into complex, perfectly symmetrical patterns.

Scorn is aware of what its form reflects. All of the tusks and spikes and beady glowing eyes of Chaos, formed into something beautifully Ordered instead. It knows that each spike of keratin and tooth and hair was placed to be perfectly symmetrical. A rigid lattice that made the framework of which it can decimate Mother's enemies. But with each scar marring its Perfect design, it is hard to remember.
