Appearance

A large specimen of a deer, he stands at around 5 feet tall at the shoulder, all muscle wrapped in short, brown hair atop four long, thin legs. A shaggy mane makes its way up the neck, slightly longer then the rest of the hair on its body. Its tail, also, is longer then a typical deer (although not atypical for its species). Long, relatively simple antlers branch out from its head, coming to only three points.

Forming a third point of the "crown" atop his head is a bright, iridescent fire opal horn, set between his eyes, not perfectly straight or smooth, but beautiful, glimmering and flickering under certain lights. His eyes sometimes reflect these lights - they are a light, grayish blue with flecks of gold.

Personality

This young beast has much to learn about the world and much to experience. His early cycles will be rash and bold and ever-changing as he slowly grows up. At his core, however, unbreakable and unchangeable, is his need to feel alive. There is nothing like the rush of adrenaline, the taste of blood, the sound of a heartbeat in your ears. Whether this manifests in daredevil behavior bordering on pure stupidity, or racing through the fields until his legs collapse beneath him will probably depend on the day and the person he's interacting with. But there is a hunger in him, for life and joy and a sense of fulfillment. He is not one to waste away or waste time - every moment is precious.

His sometimes erratic, energetic behaviors also tend to foster a sense of pride and boldness. He's not afraid of anyone or anything, until the day comes where he comes across something worth being afraid of. This can sometimes make him seem a little rude or blunt, but he's not an unapproachable guy. In fact, he's quite likeable and fairly charismatic. He likes company and, even more so, competition. He's an easy one to foster friendly rivalries (and unfriendly ones) with and he'll always take a competitive brawl, race, or other activity. Unfortunately, he's not very good at losing, nor does he have any patience for being toyed with or made a fool of.
