Appearance
Thomas has yet to age into his full physical potential, but he does posses physical traits unique to himself. There is a small lump on the crown of his head where his stone currently resides. As he grows and his antlers begin to protrude, the stone will follow with it and cover the base of his rack. His body is bulky and large, even for a calf. The muscle tone around his body and thighs is extremely lean, but his neck his covered in a droopy thick skin.
Thomas wears a silky coat of brown hairs and white spotting near his stomach and rear. The underside of his tail and rear are dusty white, and the color seems to be seeping up his underside towards his stomach and chest area. His ears, muzzle and ankles are a darker shade of brown towards the end of their residing body parts, but the color becomes lighter and begins to fade as it reaches down towards his head and thighs. Thomas has white iris' that show hints of crimson red when flame is being casted around him. This reaction within his eyes resembles what the stone will do once his antlers grow out. His nose is a hard leathery texture and charcoal black in color. The end of his lower jaw is a light brown that trails down about half way down his neck. Thomas has the hooves of a regular elk, except his are slightly larger and heavier, leaving a bigger and deeper track when he walks. His tail is rather small and covers only a 1/6 of his rear, leaving most of the dusty white visible to others. It is speculated that when Thomas grows to his full maturity after four cycles, he will become lighter in color, become larger and grow a magnificent pair of antlers.
Personality
Thomas is a quiet calf that seems to keep to himself more often than interact with others. Speech does not come well to him for he is still only a cycle old which, despite it being common among all new cave dwellers, makes him nervous to be in company; especially with those who can speak. With disassociation came the development of some of Thomas' more promising traits. He is watchful and can detect a sudden change in someones mood, no matter how subtle it may be. A wisdom of sorts has come about him; for as long as no one pays attention to him, he is stuck in his own thought processes, which seem to be leading towards a bright thinker. Thomas may be quiet, but his heart is made of gold. He feels a sense of defense when others are around him. It feels as though he is wanting to protect them and care for them, even if he may not have a clue as to who they are. These sudden feelings towards others can sometimes make him turn aggressive, as Thomas sees no point in going out of the way for others. This also causes confusion, which can lead to impatience and frustration. Thomas hopes to grow out of his personality within the next couple of cycles, for he fears that the aggression could last longer than he'd like it too.
