She really does look like a creature crafted from the image of the moon. Pale purplish off-white underbelly contrasted by the inky black feathers expected of a creature made for stealth, covering her limbs, face, and back. And she really is made for stealth, with those owl-like wings and padded feet. In general she resembles a bird- mainly a corvid- with cat-like accents. Like her large, swiveling ears and long tail tufted with a billowy plume. And those ominous white eyes are often squinted in a cat-like fashion. Cat-like is also the perfect way to describe the sort of casual haughtiness that she carries themself with. She likes to perch in high places and look down on others. On even footing, she still often manages to look down at others- but that’s easy given her height. As a child it looks basically exactly as it will as an adult, only smaller. Newly hatched it will be 7 feet head-to-talon, and fully grown it will be 10 feet tall. That large size is perhaps the only conspicuous thing about it, but also expected of a valkhound. Its gemstone- a chunk of oilstone- is set right on their chest. it often carefully preen the feathers around the gemstone to better show it off. Personality

One wouldn't expect a creature made to essentially be a snitch to have a sense of humor, but she certainly has one! Given, their jokes can be.. more than a little mean, most times. She loves to see others squirm- and being the eyes and ears of a Hand certainly gives one lots of opportunity to see others squirm. The threat of your superiors hearing of your mistakes can do a lot, no? She can be bribed- she LOVES bribes, actually- but whether she'll actually leave you alone or not depends wholly on how she's feeling. While oftentimes she's a lot more bark than bite, that’s more because she has better things to do most of the time. Or so she says, anyways. But if she happens to be extremely bored she MAY decide to finally act on her threats- or maybe even simply bully others for her enjoyment, if she can get away with it. She have.. mixed feelings on being corrupted. Its power, and she LOVES power, but it's... inconvenient. Having to stabilize every so often, for one, but irresistible violent and destructive urges doesn't really help with the whole 'be silent and watch everything' thing. And her corruption will be sure to only grow more 'inconvenient' as the drawbacks of her spells catch up to her. History
