Somewhat centaur-like in shape and stance, this hybrid is about two steps away from Vargas's dreams. It will grow to stand about five feet tall at the bottom shoulder and be around twenty-five feet long from its nose to the tip of its tail. Composed mainly of dense Oil-slime digestive byproduct, it clocks in at close to a metric ton in weight. It possesses four gangly limbs and a pair of flippers on its upper pectorals. Unless it's swimming, these flippers are mostly useless and are typically pressed against its incredibly slick, somewhat bristly hide.
Six gleaming red eyes line the sides of its curved head, as well as six nostrils and three pairs of gills behind the cheeks. It's blood is the same neon red as it's eyes, and so is the inside of it's mouth. Either work in conjunction to let the hybrid rule over land and sea (if only there was a way to account for the front-heaviness...) Black rosettes mark the majority of its hide, while socks and masks accent the head and webbed claws. Ragged dorsal fins run from the base of it's head to the base of it's tail.
More flexible than it's lifegiver, combined with the oily slime constantly coating it's skin, it can be a slippery, frustrating opponent in battle. It is an ambush predator, striking from the shadows or the murky depths. It's voice doesn't have a clear gender, it has almost a gurgling hiss to it, something fitting a swamp-beast.
Its stone is external, showing as a jagged chunk of labradorite just above the upper collarbone.

Labradorite is a soldier, this comes first and foremost. It's duties as a member of the Chaos Forge are typically it's first priority, with very few exceptions. Whatever job it is assigned to do it will do to the best of it's abilities, striving for praise and recognition from it's superiors and peers alike.
But secretly, it's never enough. There's always ways to improve, ways to get even better. No matter how skilled it becomes- and however much recognition it gets for those skills- it will rarely be satisfied with itself.
Labradorite is an emotional creature, and it tries to swallow this. It lacks the hard, inexpressive carapace of it's kin and thus seems to wear it's heart on it's sleeve. This isn't helped by the fact it simply feels strongly, and has problems properly processing and regulating those feelings. In most cases it will attempt to stow away such emotions for a later date. That later date being whenever it simply cannot contain it anymore.
It is also a social creature, though several less than stellar encounters resulting in violence has made it apprehensive. It is rather close to it's siblings, and it wants to be close to the rest of The Chaos Forge, but it is simply reluctant. It doesn't want the same scenarios and mistakes of the past to repeat themselves. With those outside of the forge it's even worse. It's unlikely to even approach an outsider gembound unless it thinks the interaction would have 'worth'- typically sparring or trading of some kind.
