Appearance

Shivali is adorned in majestic, pure white plumage. Leuistic or albino as one might call it; devoid of the normally vibrant colors of a typical Indian Peafowl. She has long, lush, flowing tail feathers that can stand upright in a gorgeous fan. The 'eye spots' on the train are slightly (ie. very very faintly) pale pink due to her albinism, not completely white. She holds herself with elegance and grace. Her eyes are dark red and would appear black at a distance. Her beak and legs are soft cream in color. Warmly nestled within the downy feathers of Shivali's chest is a padparadscha sapphire. It is teardrop-shaped, the pointed side of which is upwards. It is a pale, orange-pink, perhaps peach. The question of Shiva's gender is a complex one, much less her sex; she possesses both male and female genitalia, both connected internally through the cloaca. As most birds, peafowl included, possess no phallus, it would be impossible to tell on the outside that she is actually intersex... Besides the normally male train and cowl that her species carries. Despite this, Shivali prefers to identify as feminine, but will not fully side on either binary genders.

Personality

This peacock oozes elegance and grace... and knows it. She is indeed vain but is not narcissistic. Her arrogance is as quiet as she, simply present in a way that makes her hold herself in high regard and with confidence. Shivali speaks with a musky, whispery, airy voice; deeper than what might be typical of a female but nonetheless feminine. She has a small obsession with things that she finds beautiful. Be it gems, feathers, or people. Shivali speaks with grandiosity and reeks politeness (when it suits her, that is). Complex words (once learned) and poetic sentences. She is a tad judgemental when it comes to less fortunate or "beautiful" people, but will generally be very non-confrontational., just quietly shallow. Physical fighting is beneath her. Anger is as well, though grudges and chastizing words are not. The direction she may go in is unclear. She is attracted to purity, cleanliness, civility, and beauty. Her sense of wonder and curiosity doesn't end at those things. In short, Shivali is as blank a slate as her white plumage. She is young, naive, and free to do as she pleases. She is welcome to what may come.
