He followed after Nova as she turned and left, eager to get out of this cave and someplace new. He didn't explore nearly any of this cave and so he would return, he was sure, but for now it was time to follow Nova to where ever she would take him. She seemed to be going some place that she knew instead of wandering, but the boy followed dutifully at her heels, ignoring his wayward thoughts. He couldn't stop and take in all the surroundings like he wanted to, but he promised himself he would return when he was older and able to protect himself better. Or maybe Nova would return to this Polaris with him to explore more, who knows? "Speech!" |
