RE: the birth of a king - Majesty - Jun 08 2015

Majesty nodded happily when Zorrak apologized, and smiled even more when the boy said he still wanted to explore with him. Good! He would have an exploration partner! He was eager to check out his new home. But where would they go? He had no idea where anything was or what anything looked like. He turned and turned in circles, trying to decide whether to go through the big entrance into Orion, which he had been born beside, or to turn away and go deeper into the tunnel. On one hand, he could clearly see what might be in store if he went with Orion, but on the other, maybe there was something even better if he turned away from it.

Eventually, though, he decided to go into Orion (not that he knew it was called that). The stars (crystals) on the ceiling were really pretty, and there looked to be a lot of tall stone things to explore in (buildings). Suddenly, he was super excited to be alive, because it meant exploring all over the place! He barked happily, tail wagging quickly, and turned to smile at Zorrak. “Let’s go, let’s go!” he cried, and was gone through into Orion in the next second.

[Exit Majesty]

RE: the birth of a king - Zorrak - Jun 12 2015

Zorrak was quiet as he studied the canine. The smile almost annoyed Zorrak, but he quickly pushed the feeling away and soon watched as the wolf felt the need to walk in circles over and over again. Why? What was the point of it? Did all canines do that? Zorrak nearly got dizzy just watching it so he turned her focus elsewhere. Studying the area he had been born into. When the canine finally decided which way they should go Zorrak hopped up onto his feet, careful not to over use his injured tail.

He was excited. It was a change from the random outburst of negative feelings towards one another and Zorrak was okay with that. He had enough stupid fighting for one day. Shaking his red head, Zorrak scurried after Majesty. Of course that canine moved much quicker than he with those legs of his, but that was fine. It's not like it would take long for the red panda cub to catch up. Though, just before he exited the tunnel and took his first steps into Orion, Zorrak paused in his step and turned his gaze back towards the area his gem shards now lay discarded. A somber expression passed over his features, but it was soon gone and the red panda was turning around and racing out, hollering for that darned canine to wait up so he could catch up. It would probably be a very unsuccessful attempt however. That was okay. This was the start of his journey.
