RE: [QUEST] The eternal winds of desperate hope - Rinaotei - Feb 03 2018 "I see... Understood." Rinaotei drawled in her answer, lassitude creeping up more, well since one more Gembound has yet to arrive for this gathering to finally commence then she'll rest both of her eyes in the meantime, closing the other eye that's half open. She hopes they don't take too long, if so Rina may genuinely end up falling asleep. Some time did pass, and Rina almost did fall into a deep slumber, but the gnawing recollection on how she fell victim to being too trusting because she was under the impression she was in repose, and everything that took place was merely a dream is what stopped her from going to sleep. When hearing a familiar voice, blunt as always, it seems made Rina open her one eye to a slit again to see a familiar corvid too which made her bow her head a little to him in acknowledgement. Suppose that's everyone then, Rina's ears pricked to pay more attention as the meeting commences. Ah, so the caves were in tenebrosity another time then? Well that all about verifies it then; it was never a dream, albeit this new form of hers and reawakening in Tunnel M should be evidence enough genuinely, still when Xireidi mentioned of that time Rina's tail twitched a minute. But something else said got her intrigued; a fairy light? Well, this is a new matter entirely, how much has she missed out in actuality? Albeit 'fairy light' doesn't seem fitting if they brought the antithesis that is tenebrosity again to the caves. Rina almost wonders if this faerie is what caused that presence to appear before Rina in the last tenebrosity, if so all the more reason why shouldn't have their trust albeit holding the lights ransom is enough reason for it not to be believed as trustworthy. Batcat? Hmmmm, how curious she doesn't believe she has ever encountered such a being before, but from its name it'll probably stand out well similar to how Rina herself does in regarding appearance. Rinaotei is almost reluctant to assist in this, as this light faerie sounds rather pitiful honestly; violent and temperamental to be exact which are ginormous red flags for Rinaotei, albeit perhaps there was more context to this than her slaughtering that 'fake' one. Honestly, why does she even require it? The only thing Rina can think of is this Batcat is a friend of that fairy but if they're a friend then capturing this Batcat and bringing it to her wouldn't be required to do. Unless of course, the fairy is no friend of this being and Batcat wishes to avoid that light faerie as much as possible and will even resort to attacking to be ascertained of that. There just seems to be a bigger picture to all of this. ...Perhaps if this Batcat is a Greater Gembound then maybe it's capable of communicating with other Greater Gembound; maybe ask Batcat if possible if they manage to find it, that way if she speaks with them perhaps a fight won't break out additionally. With that decided herself to join, reluctant or not Gembound do need her help. She conclusively opens both eyes and goes to stand herself, albeit reluctantly as her legs endeavoured to protest to this feeling a little numb when she goes to pick herself up and almost made her wish to lie down again. She got up nonetheless, stretching her whole body to feel less sore and conclusively dispatching herself to eventually join this search too as the meeting seemingly concludes. -Exit Rinaotei- "Speech" |
