Black listened. He hadn't bothered to give his name, nor did he ask for a proper one from this stranger. It did not, to him, matter in the slightest--not in an impolite way; what mattered was action, and purpose.
He felt his spirits lift a little, hope blooming and ears pricking as mention was made of a potential revival. Could it be..?
When Glory spoke, he wuffed his agreement.
"I, too, will aid. Perhaps we ought to separate," he suggested, pushing up to stand, his tail beginning to wag with excitement.
He then looked to the Collector. "Will the stone remain here? Or will I return it to its resting place, until it is ready?" he asked, head tilting.

The Collector seemed to think, for a moment, and then he nodded.
"I will keep it with me, and safe. Be swift, if you can." he added, as he paced over and bent to lift the topaz into his palm. "I do not know how much longer its life will last."

Black barked his agreement.
"I will go, and find others. I will return," he promised.
With that he turned, trotting swiftly from Canis.
They would bring the Moth back again, as it deserved.
It is good, he thought.
