RE: relics of our time - Game Master Dark - Aug 01 2019 The first gemstone to be found is a shining red Garnet once belonging to a Fledgling (+1)-level hybrid of Coyote and Turkestani long-eared bat.
The second is a rough blue Quartz not unlike a chunk of frozen ocean. It once belonged to a bizarre creature of Fledgling (+1) magic level. In appearance, it was somewhat reptilian: dark grey, with pebbled skin and clawed feet. Its face, however, was rather adorably catlike, though the eyes were beadier and almost like those of a turtle. The third gemstone is a rough hunk of Carnelian, almost looking like a piece of blood made stone. This belonged to a Fledgling (+1)-level hybrid of Snowy Owl, Lovebird, and Woodchuck. The first of the gemstones with stronger inherent magic is a ragged chunk of Fire Opal. It seems to hold flames in its depths, flames which dance brightly when light shines through it. This gemstone last belonged to a similarly-orange coated, Pupil (+2)-level Japanese Weasel. The second is another Pupil (+2)-level gemstone, this one an almost mysteriously-green, vibrantly-hued piece of rock that looks almost like a piece of living color. This Emerald once belonged to a cream-colored Japanese Marten; perhaps perished alongside the weasel above, as allies? The third is likewise a Pupil (+2)-level gem, this time a rough, swirled piece of Obsidian. It belonged to a strange hybrid of Bumblebee, Stoat, and Otter. The fourth Pupil (+2)-level stone that Desert Rose finds is a beautifully-polished, glittering piece of Aquamarine. This stone is a pale blue, reminiscent of a sky that Desert Rose has never seen--brightly reflecting his own eyes. It last belonged to a Desert Meerkat. @Desert Rose Thirty-Five |
