As Dark asked for quiet, the black and red pitohui bird drew incredibly still and quiet, holding as perfectly still as she could and not making a peep. She listened as Quix chirped and buzzed until the bird felt a light weight land on top of her mushroomy head. "Yesss," she whispered, a bright smile glistening in her eyes.

"Okay, let's go everyone," Anan peeped softly, her red eyes glancing towards the blind bird and the big eared fox-- it was then that she noticed Amaria, someone whom Bevy had spent little time with. Not that it made much of a difference to Anan. A friend was a friend!

"Come on," she told the leopard, giving a small hop towards the exit. It made the bug flutter a bit, but it seemed quite attracted to the glowing light. She hopped along, and soon the group made its way towards the overgrown bug's home.

Dark was focusing quite hard, doing his best to keep his mind linked to that of the little bug. He wasn't entirely sure if it was holding, or not--maybe he was sending it the constant reassurances that he was meaning to, or maybe he was speaking to a rock. He wasn't sure.

Either way, it didn't even occur to him to question the fact that they were helping a bug. He had only eaten a few mice and voles in his life, and truth be told he'd never really stopped to think about, or even realize, that they had feelings, too. He assumed that since this thing touched his mind, and needed help, well, they should help it!

He hopped along behind Bevy, chirruping softly to himself, cheerfully lost in his own blind little world.

"We'll take you back just stay with us that's Bevy she's friend everyone here is friend everyone is friend..."



Unfortunately he was talking to a nearby boulder, which didn't actually have a mind, but the poor little critter was blissfully unaware.

Quix nodded happily as Bevy directed the group away, towards Eridanus. Her gaze fell upon a clouded leopard who seemed about Cancer’s age, and just as wise probably, when Bevy spoke to her. The girl flashed her a grin and nodded her head, beckoning for the leopard to follow them. Since Bevy had acted in this manner, Quix presumed that the leopard was a member of Maji Walezi whom she didn’t know about. Keeping her eyes peeled on the bug which rested peacefully on the glowy mushroom atop Bevy’s head, the fennec followed closely and left with the bunch.
