RE: Spunky Spots Move Quick - Aristotle - Jul 08 2020 Ari
The young lion smiled up at his new acquaintance. He was actually happy to have met the giant Mantis. He wasn’t a bad conversationalist and he was interesting to look at. Such a unique creature he was. He even seemed interested in seeing Eridanus. Of course he himself hadn’t completely explored Eridanus himself. He explored just a little bit more each time he visited to find more specimens for his garden. Aristotle picked up on the Mantis’ body language showing that he was happy. Aristotle himself could barely contain himself, he was so happy to have met a new and interesting creature like Morpho. As Aristotle led the way to Eridanus his new acquaintance thanked him. The young lion looked back over his shoulder with a bright smile. @Morpho RE: Spunky Spots Move Quick - Morpho - Jul 10 2020 This had been one of the first real conversations he'd had. We'll, except for with Pip, and that one time at the bone cave. Maybe he should talk to more gembound? It was certainly pleasant, atleast, talking to Ari was pleasant. He had no way of knowing if talking to others would be the same. Well, the only way to find out was to talk to more people, right? Morpho was rather fascinated by the lion. He noted with some curiosity how his face constantly seemed to move, like how he smiled. Or the swift, steady pace at which he walked, unlike Morpho's naturally wobbly one. Morpho thought all of this to be a little strange, mostly because it was different. Pip was like him, but Aristotle was not, and all the little differences stood out like the false stars on Orion's ceiling. Morpho considered the lion's question for a moment. He had only really been to two other places in the caves. Three, if you counted the strange, giant cave he had hatched in and never been able to relocate. "Once I went to the bone cave." he said "There were many other creatures there. Some looked like you." 'looking like you' being having any mammalian qualities at all. "There was also the dark tunnel. There were even more gembound there. And some shiny things." He had stashed the things he'd found in the dark tunnel somewhere in Orion, though he didn't quite remember where. It was all little use to him, anyways. coding by wulf for template purposes

Aristotle had been enjoying his little conversation with the giant Mantis. He was interesting and strange. He was unique and different. He was something Aristotle had never seen before. He was sure James would have fled at the sight of the creature, but Aristotle found him more interesting than fearful. As the young lion glanced over his shoulder, he noted Morpho’s wobbly movement. He slowed his own trot so that he didn’t get too far ahead of the giant mantis. He was sure his stride would soon make him outstep the much larger creature. He was sure that if he absolutely had to he could out run Morpho, but he didn’t see himself needing to anytime soon. The much larger creature seemed rather docile for being a predator. Aristotle’s rounded audits shifted back to catch Morpho as he spoke. A cave full of bones? How interesting, he would have to try his luck at finding it sometime. The tunnel they were travelling down slowly began to dim as they made their way to Eridanus. From there it didn’t take long for Aristotle to lead the way to a vine covered near darkness exit. @Morpho EXIT ARISTOTLE |
