Pip wandered, as she was prone to do. Al the caves looked the same, once you went into em. Eridanus was all green and brown stuff. And noisy. Extremely noisy. But noisiest of all was something that sounded pretty close to crying. If Pip had ears, she would've been covering them. Pip thought, perhaps if she went to the source, maybe she could stop the crying!

Pip was pretty goor at problem solving. Except when it involved magicka. Which was a lot of the time. With her ears ringing, and against her better judgement, Pip tracked down the source of the noise. There was a bug! Like her! And a lizard, which ate bugs. A bird too! Pip remembered a bird trying to eat her as well. And a...big thing! Pip didn't know how to describe them. To be heard over the din, she shook her abdomen. It made a soft, chiming melody, like tiny bells in the wind.

"Hello!" She yelled. "I am Pip! I can help, I am very helpful. Are you crying because it is too green here? I agree."

Sharp cowered, terrified, as the massive butterfly stalked before her shelter. Was she going to make the colors all weird again? Carry her away with those massive insectoid legs? Eat her?! It came as quite the surprise when the insect began sobbing.

C-crying? A butterfly? The other ones didn't speak. Was she a speak-creature like her and scary-friend and the others? Still, she wasn't brave enough to come out just yet. Are speak-creatures still meanies?

The funny fluffy-scaly friend came and explained that she was "fairy", a "nice fairyfly". Hmmph. And then another, massive bug, which made her almost crawl into her own scales, stalked up as well. But this one didn't cry, she simply made a pleasing, harmonious chime noise. Huh. 'Not too mean, I guess.'

Calmed by the melody (and the words of Shengxiao), Sharp shook out her scales and jumped out of the bush as if nothing just happened. "Oh. Okay!" She scampered around the fairyfly loosely, staring at her shiny wings with vague awe-- a far cry from the fear she just felt. "Sorry Fairy-friend! Fairy is yes-friend!" And is Pip-friend! Friends! Friends!"

Sharp waddled closer to the wall, staring at the chunks cracked into the wall. "Rock is hard," the lizard remarked matter-of-factly. " It'll take a looong time to make a den-thing. I help!" Trying to follow what the beast did, she grabbed a stone in her mouth and crushed it against the wall. It left a little dent in the slate, so she tried again, only for it to crumble away. "Aww..."Sharp spat out the fine dust in her mouth, before suddenly turning to the others. "Oh! Oh! I remember a thing! I have a super-awesome cart back at my sleep-den, and I made it out of bone n' mud to make it strong! 'Can do the same, but with rock! For strong-crush-wall!" Completely skipping past her total lack of grammar, Sharp did a little dance in excitement. "Can make a cool thing for break-wall! Cool thing!"

She started to calm down a little bit when Sheng backed her up, sniffling (although it wasn't like there was any snot to "sniff") until the soft chiming of a sweet little song and the lizard returned with an apology. As if the sad switched had been suddenly turned off, she brightened up and reached forward with a spindly leg to gently touch the little lizard. "Thank you! I'm not mean, I'm very nice! And yes, I'll be your friend! I'll be all of your friends!" She was happy, now, that the lizard was seeing differently, that she knew that what she had said was wrong. That was good. And now there was a new friend!

She turned and leaned over to gaze at the mantis with her many sparkling eyes. "Oh, you are very small! And very cute! I'm Fairy, we are going to be such good friends!" She reached forward a leg again, as gently as possible, and touched the little mantis. Apparently, this was Fairy's way of welcoming a new friends.

She proceeded to reach out and gently touch the others that were present before turning to the wall, fluttering into the air a bit without her trail of dust and landing on the other side of Sheng, gazing curiously at the wall. With a flick of magic, she picked up a nearby rock and flung it at the wall, as if this would do something helpful. However, it did not, and the rock just tumbled down to the ground, only barely putting a dent in it.

She turned merrily to the others, not put down by this in the slightest. "Obviously, we need to find a better way to break the wall down! Or maybe you make your nest out of something else! There is someone that lives over there," she pointed with a leg towards where Attikias's hut was located, "that lives in some kind of square tree! Maybe we can ask him, or make one ourselves!" Because making houses were easy, of course. Not that she cared that none of them knew how to make a house - this was a fun adventure and she had a bunch of new friends!

he eventually slumped over, tired as hell.

"m-maybe we should, yes. i can find a friend to help later but.. maaaybe we should plan this out" he asked the group

"Yes--we should! I want to put flowers there. Flowers everywhere! And crystals--I like purple. Can we have purple crystals? Like me!" Pip's abdomen waggled. "Oh!" Pip suddenly exclaimed.

Pip scuttled off, without any explanation to her thoughts. She had wanted to find a small white flower, one to place on the build site. Unfortunately, Pip had pretty bad luck. She scuttled upon a stick, poking from the grass. She made to jump to another, but fell onto her back. Onto a rock. One shaped like a teardrop That had hurt. She didn't know what kind of rock it was, but she figured she might as well take it back. Pip grasped the seed with her foreclaws, dragging it back. She placed it between a pair of rocks, in the center of the group.

"I hurt my back on this!" She said it oddly cheerfully. "Its not a flower, but it's a weird rock! Its cool!"

Fairy thought for a moment, considering their options, when an absolutely brilliant idea came to her head, spurred by Shengxiao's mention of his own friend. Of course, what they needed...was more friends! There were only a few of them there to help but if there were more, then it would be so much easier! Whatever they plan, they needed more friends to help them build! "I've got it! I'll go find more friends that want to help! I'm sure there's others - think about how cool it would be, to have a bunch of us helping each other build houses and we all live together! That would be so much fun!!"

She was so excited by this idea that she took to the air, fluttering happily above their heads. "You plan! You figure out how to do it, I will find more! I'll be back soon and we'll build a house!" Without waiting for any of them to answer, too caught up in her idea, she turned and fluttered out of the cave, towards Polaris, to find some new friends to help them out!

he smiled, "yes! this sounds like a wonderful idea, thank ya fai-" he started, pausing as she flew off, chuckling nervously. "ah, well. she's off"

he looked to the others. "well? how does this sound to you? shall we stick close, do this together?" he offered, mewing happily.

"Hmm," Pip hummed. She seemed deep in thought. And would've looked it too, if it werent for her blank eyes.

"Yup! That sounds good to me! I'll stick with you big thingys! I wanna learn how to do this stuff. And meet Angela again!" And, hopefully, teach Morpho about the cool stuff she'd found. "I'll see you big things later!" With that, the tiny bug scurried off, going to do who knows what.

Other joined them, and Sorda found herself feeling faintly anxious. She'd spent most of her time alone, only really hanging out with Tupu and Poco- and even then, they often just did their own thing. So, she stood off to the side, watching but not speaking- every time she'd come up with something to say she'd overthink it and then it'd be too late.

What a great first impression.

Then the butterfly went off to go get other to help. "Um- yeah! Lets stick together!"

Sharp watched the conversing gembounds with interest, tapping her tail on the ground all the while. Planning it out... planning it out... that sounded just fine! Sharp liked plans, yes-she-did! It let her make all sorts of stuff easily!

"Yeah! Stick-together-ing is good!" the tiny lizard agreed. "Very good!" She briefly wondered who this "Angela" person was, but she decided to save it for later. If they were successful in finding her, there'd be no reason to ask anyways.

The fairy flew off, and so did that funny music-bug, but Sharp simply settled down on a nice pebble with a content expression on her face. "Friends! So, so many friends!" This was going to be a wondrous time, she just knew it.
Exit sharp into... sitting on a rock?
