Bones nodded, somewhat. "They said it was called a 'drought'," he said. He knew specifying would only confuse the wolf further - it confused Bones all the time. "So if we have to leave, I gotta find us somewhere to live."

Pisces certainly had plenty of water while places like Orion had almost none. He could see a huge waterfall from where he lay, crashing down into a river. It was very different here compared to other places; it smelled wet and musky, almost unpleasant.

Perhaps he was too accustomed to the vile scent of mushrooms and gore?

for the murders of those i court
i bless the hour that holds your fall, i will kill you all

hm, a drought he says. i filed it away. i shrugged off the fact, for he'd already found a solution. i'm sure makyna and leon wouldn't mind them moving to pisces should it mean his and his family's survival. so i grinned slightly.

"i'm sorry to hear that, bones."

with that, i stood, fluffy tail wagging steadily as i then meandered a bit away from him. i pivoted, once again laying pale lavender lenses upon the rather strange, yet pretty boy.

"well, maybe i'll see you around then, bones!"

gleefully i turned away and trotted off to delve into the shadows of this cave, to explore some other areas before i would return to pisces. i had to collect all these stories for leon and makyna, anyway.

Bones watched the wolf leave for a moment before he lowered his head onto his forelegs with a tired sigh, absently licking his paws.

Girls are scary, he thought to himself as he felt exhaustion wash over him, heavy eyelids dropping shut.

He'd check out the rest of Pisces later, when he woke up, but for now he allowed himself to drift off to sleep.
