RE: Rage, rage against the dying of the light. - Astaroth - Feb 07 2017
Astaroth stopped for a second when he felt the teeth sink into the flesh of his neck, then concentrated again, looking at a stone to his right, tapping into the magic he had come to know so well, he concentrated on hurling the stone at the otter's mask, maybe if he could throw it and damage her stone she would stop. He could not win this fight yet, maybe with more training, but he was not yet experienced enough. His eyes glowed violet as he watched the stone move, flying through the air at the otter, hoping that it would fly true and hit its' mark.
Round: IX/X Attempt: Knock her out with rock. Defense: Nothing Injuries: multiple bites on neck, one on stomach, one on leg, scar on face "Speaking." Thoughts. tags: @Eira notes: RE: Rage, rage against the dying of the light. - Eira the Undying - Feb 08 2017 Eira kept on chewing, driving her fangs deeper with every chomp, until she spotted motion out of the corner of her eye. Hastily the otter unhooked her fangs and jerked away from where she'd been, a rock narrowly missing her muzzle. Retreating, Eira's head lowered and she kept glaring at them as she waited for their next move. Claws sinking into the ground, she paced from side to side, gaze never leaving them and snarls growing in her throat, snowy fur bristling along lengthy spine. Round: 10/10 Attack: --- Defense: dodge Wounds: one eye, various scars. --- "Speech looks like this." Astaroth turned quickly to look at her when she finally let go, he tapped into his energy again then focused on her with his eyes glowing bright violet, focused on her heartbeat, trying to disrupt it, he wouldn't kill her, only try to put her in enough pain to make her want to leave. He focused on her to try and do this.
Round: X/X Attempt: Internal Control Defense: None Injuries: 2 bite on neck, 1 on stomach, leg. Scar on face "Speaking." Thoughts. tags: @Eira notes: RE: Rage, rage against the dying of the light. - Game Master CJ - Feb 09 2017
* RE: Powerplaying — "Astaroth started moving towards the creature, Eira. head hanging low, legs tensing in preparation to lunge at her. He knocked himself into her and placed his legs on each of hers, holding her with her back against the floor," — In the future, you can say he pinned her and suggest his attempted location, but leave the details to Eira of where the successful roll/attack hit. Assuming he had her with her splayed, back against the floor was a detailed early assumption :-) * RE: Ignoring Attack — Eira did not respond to the successful pin roll (it was not included anywhere in the post) but instead went straight for Astaroth's throat as if he hadn't attempted to pin her or knock into her. RE: Rage, rage against the dying of the light. - Eira the Undying - Feb 09 2017 Hissing and snarling, Eira's heart was pounding in her chest but she paid no heed. she was pissed off and angry, but satisfaction roared through her veins at the blood that poured from their wounds. They'd have to flee soon to lick their wounds, and when they did, Eira would find them in that moment of weakness. If they didn't, then she'd just have to rip their throat out right where they stood, end it all in an instant. Their neck was already bloodied; surely that'd weaken them enough to force them into submission. Her heart was beating ever faster, shivers racking her body with every motion. And yet still she stared at them, red eye blazing as she waited expectantly. She'd won. She knew that this moment was hers. And now all she needed was the moment to end it all... --- "Speech looks like this." "Thoughts looks like this." tags: @Nassir notes: let's get this over. I don't deal well with stress :C RE: Rage, rage against the dying of the light. - Nassir - Feb 09 2017 Nassir's mind had been filled with thoughts of the troubled hybrid he had come across a cycle ago. She had been having trouble with her parent, and he hoped they were finally separated. Of course, at the moment, he had no way to tell. So he tried to cast those memories aside and focus on where he was. His paws had led him to Polaris, although it was very dark. He walked, his tail trailing behind him, the occasional clinking of the gem hitting a rock. After some time, he saw two creatures ahead. One stood out at least partially, as they had white fur. He could only barely see another. At first, he wasn't sure what they were doing - the white one was clinging to something. The other's neck? When he saw them hastily get off, he frowned. Were they...fighting? Oh dear, that was no good. He hoped he wasn't too late, and that the injuries weren't too bad. He quickly rushed over to them. His frown increased. RE: Rage, rage against the dying of the light. - Astaroth - Mar 03 2017
Astaroth, panting from weariness and loss of blood stumbled over to the panther, falling over when he reached him, laying down on his side. "I started it, I don't believe she was very keen on my calling myself a demon. With the way she fought I believe she's the demon here..." He focused with his mind to send a message to the panther. "Help." He focused on that word, on transmitting it to the panther, maybe if he sent him that one word ten the cat would have pity on him, believe that he wasn't the one at fault in the fight. He whined from the pain and looked up at the panther.
