Aure looked on, wings sagging slightly at the shoulder as he shook his head - "it's not - something I want to ask of you, I can assure you of that; especially not after what I've done to you." Bright eyes fell downward, following the eel's motions. "Since my brother's not here to say it himself, sorry for that, too," a small frown was set on his face, ears shifting back just slightly. Perhaps it'd been necessary (at the time) but Opal wouldn't ever fully recover from it - not without a chrysalis, the young King thought.

"At least you can heal up and rest," he offered softly, "I can go and find Doctor again, if you need him?" His gaze drifted sidelong, somewhere in the vaguest direction of Tunnel K. "Have a little faith," Aure called, voice hesitating but so, so earnest, "he's still alive."

But, he waited politely for his mother to get a response - she was coaxing him back (perhaps not consciously, but regardless) onto the right track, asking the important questions.

Giggle listened to what had to be said, and then shook herself, considering.

The eel seemed tired, certainly--needed to rest a little more, perhaps. And she, for her part, wanted a more detailed consultation with the bones.

"You know where to find me. Rest. If you need me, let me know," she told them, and with another shake of her spore-laden pelt, she turned and loped back off the way she'd just come.
