RE: chasing down the boogeyman - Orthoclase-Alpha - May 02 2020

The walking speed of a stomach-sick kaiju was about average, if only because Alpha was deliberately repressing any indications that it was feeling an averse effects. It took a few steps, listed mildly to one side, and leaned to the other to overcorrect before finally just managing to find normal balance.

Swallowing with a clear bob of the quills on its throat, the orthoclase bit that down and trailed after, first at its normal pace and then slowing down when it remembered she had much shorter legs - totally not because it was about to pass out from residual nausea.

exit alpha?
