Carja's eyes slipped shut at the warm sound of Blight's voice, and she found herself snuggling into his side, purring gently as she felt him wrap around her. She was warm and safe in the shade of his wing, nestled up against his body as she found herself drifting to sleep.

Awareness clung to her for a few minutes more before she fell asleep to the sound of Blight's breathing, her head tucked under one of her own wings.
